my visit to Gateway was great. Dr Brown took the time to discuss my cats issues. No pressure or guilt as to his treatment.
I am a cat lover with 6 in the family. I will be establishing their care with Gateway in the future.

Sad how this place knew we was in a horrible situation after someone hit our dog and we needed him checked, although they had NOONE waiting to be seen they decided to overcharge us instead of a regular charge it was over $125 just for office visit..in our time of heartache and heartbreak they decided to put it to us a little bit MORE on top of what we was dealing with as it was.. NOW I KNOW WHY EVERYONE SAYS NOT TO USE GATEWAY BECAUSE THEY RIP YOU EVERY CHANCE THEY GET...VERY HEARTBROKEN AND DISAPPOINTED TO GO WITH IT.. WOULDVE USED GATEWAY IN FUTURE NEEDS IF NOT FOR BEING OVERCHARGED FOR OFFICE VISIT...it wasn't even the money really..to be honest..I'm upset because they wasn't even willing to attempt to save my daughter's dog,all they wanted to do was put him to sleep when another vet was willing and thought they could help save him...

I love the ladies at gateway animal hospital always inviting and my dogs Bella and Ari love them especially the pup Ari because she gets peanut butter and cheese treats LOL

Took my puppy in for an upset stomach/treatment of hook worms. The vet Julie Cole couldn’t have been any more hateful. She was in the room for approximately 3-4 minutes. Pulled my puppy over to her by her foot (mean while my puppy is already in pain) didn’t want to prescribe worm medicine for her. Waste of time and money. Will NEVER go back to this place and WILL make sure to pass the word onto people that I know. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone who cares about their pet.

$130 for antibiotics and flea drops, would not even look at the two inch deep holes caused by a snake bite. told me it was just fleas. smh if my normal vet is not open you can bet I am not taking him back here!

I love the staff and availability of appointments! They were great with our dog and will be seeing our kitties! They were very kind and understanding with our 80lb pup who has terrible anxiety when it comes to having his nails trimmed. They did a wonderful job at keeping him calm and distracted. Would definitely recommend.
