My order was not correct. Icing was to be pink and blue swirl but were rainbow color instead. Both the cake and icing tasted like chemicals. Will not order anything else from this bakery.

I will write this as I am currently waiting, now 45 mins for my pick up. This store is NEVER adequately staffed. The staff that does work are rude, loud and lacking customer service. The recent updates can't hide the moldy produce, or inconsistent stocking of product. If the store isn't adequately staffed, then cut back on number slots for clicklist so people are not waiting, now over an hour, on their groceries.

This store looks so run down and shop worn. Much of the shelves were bare, especially the bread and the frozen breakfast sections. I asked a young man why it was empty, and he told me that the guy who does frozen food called out. So therefore nobody can have frozen breakfast food? It was about 6 PM and the store was fairly crowded. I went to check out. I had about $150 worth of groceries. There was ONE register open and 8 people in front of me, many with full baskets. There were 12 self-check out lanes open. I asked the manager why they didn't open another register. She told me corporate wanted people to do self check outs. And sure enough, there were people with full carts checking themselves out. I don't mind doing that if I'm getting a couple of items, but Kroger's doesn't pay me to work there. I'm not doing a cart full of groceries when they should have a cashier to do it. If they want me to do the work, then they need to pay me and give me a W2. I called corporate. I doubt that anything will come of it. We shall see.

The store is too small for the area it is serving. The parking lot is very small and always a mess and truly unsafe at times due to the amount of people trying to use it. The store is too small and outdated and in need of a good cleaning. The shelves are not big enough to keep items properly stocked for the amount of traffic that uses this location. The clicklist program there is need of major need of HELP and training or more employees. Kroger really needs to look into upgrading this location.

Waited 2+ hours for a clicklist from St. Albans Kroger with 3 kids in the car. Was told 4 times that it would be 20 minutes or that I was the next in line just to be left waiting. Will not ever use this Kroger again.

Dear Cashier; I know you don’t know me, but I am someone’s Aunt, Daughter, and Friend. You didn’t know that I have been battling some really bad stuff after four years of one thing after another. You didn’t know that sat in your parking lot for a long time before I could even get out of my car. You didn’t know....

The staff is very friendly and the selection is relatively decent - not as extensive as Riverwalk or Fledderjohn. What is troublesome about this Kroger is the flow of traffic around the front doors. Trying to get in and out is a real cluster....!

Most busy days there are no carts. If there are carts, there are no cashiers. Lots of days the shelves are bare. And lastly, there is never any service at the deli!

Didn't feel comfortable Maybe you need security walking through the store People were yelling at each other cursing each other even wheelchair customers cursing other wheelchair customers. Mothers screaming at their children. I thought at one time one guy was so angry with the lady he was with I was afraid they were going to get physical Was not a pleasant experience This location has serious issues with their customers

Service deck personnel (Amy) is rude, crude and curses like a sailor,, when ask for simple directions! After 25yrs of KROGER #725 shopping I shall never return, Kroger does not now have a monopoly in the Saint Albans area and shopping else where will suffice.
