I have an amazing testimony with Mighty Mite. For three years, my donut shop had a fly and roach problem, and I mean bad. Business went down pretty quickly due to this. I tried Orkin, Alford Pest Control, and Terminix and they didn’t resolve the issue. I pretty much lost all hope for my business. Then one day JP from Mighty Mite walked in and asked if he could have my business for pest control. I told him everything I’ve already went through with the other companies and he said, “That’s not a problem, let me do an initial tomorrow.” Since that day, I have not seen a roach for about 9 months, there are no flies to be seen, and business has finally picked back up again. Thank you Mighty Mite for coming in and taking care of business!

Price and customer service is unmatched compared to other mainstream pest control services. Do not get over charged and locked into a contract like i almost did, go with Mighty Mite. Got lots of good info from the technician and JP was a pleasure to work with.

I am so thankful for mighty mite pest control! I had a huge hornets nest appear on the corner of my garage door! I called Mighty mite pest control and he came out the next morning and got rid of the pests. He was very professional and explained everything. He also took care of two wasp nest and walked around outside to make sure no other nests were present. I would highly recommend Mighty Mite Pest Control for all your pest control needs.

My house was polluted with mice. Technician was friendly, on time and very thorough in setting poison in crawl spaces and glue traps in the house. Price was reasonable and I don't have to worry about a service contract. Thanks so much.Service: Rodent extermination

JP is amazing. I am new to the area and found some problems (cluster flies/wasps, stink bugs, bat in the wall, ants on the main level, termites at the front step, and wasps) within and outside my new home that needed immediate attention. JP got me on schedule fast. He explained the process and provided helpful information on every issue. He was reasonable and thorough not to mention displayed beautiful manners. When I had additional questions, he responded and came back to inspect/treat as needed. Seth is the representative that came to my home. He was on time, polite, professional, respectful, and friendly. He did everything I asked him to do without hesitation. He was also very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. The is the 2nd house that I have had Seth treat and the 2nd time I have been 100% satisfied with the service. I used this service since 2016 and found J.P. to be professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. I bought bait traps, paid for several under floor and in house swarm treatments, and, beginning in 2017, signed yearly $250 contracts for service checks on outside bait traps every three months. Phone contact was sometimes problematic but eventually I could reach JP to discuss an issue. J.P was good at complying with the contract. The problem began in March 2021 when an employee named Zack “made a bait trap inspection” and left a note saying “no problem”. I was home in the yard mowing close to the house and did not see him. There was no way he did the inspection - the numerous in-ground traps around the house around were covered with unmoved ground debris and gravel mulch. I called JP to inform and he vouched for the employee and said he was trustworthy and did inspect the traps - completely negating my evidence and examination. He said he would come to double check but did not.I also discussed with him that the inspections were not taking place every three months, often a month or two later. As I was prepaying, I was getting short changed. He assured me this would not happen again, but it continued. I called several times in 2020 and 2021 to request contract compliance, and received excuses of bad weather, Covid, and…”working on another big job” that was taking their time and staff. I eventually heard from the receptionist that Zack no longer worked there. Seth eventually came and was very personable. When he made the second service call I walked with him to each trap to make sure he knew where they all were. I called him in May 2022 to request the service call and ask for additional bait traps to be set at an outbuilding where I saw termite swarms. He didn’t show up for the May, 2022 inspection and I called in June 2022 to discuss concern about lack of the contract’s required inspections, non responsiveness, and need for additional bait traps. Seth said they had hundreds of customers and were busy. He said because my contract had gotten buried under other paperwork, the May, 2022 inspection would not happen until July. I expressed concern and said this was not a good way to run a business. He said I would have to talk with J.P. but it would still be July before he would come.On June 27, 2022 I received a letter and partial refund check that discontinued my quarterly services “at my request”. I did not request this. I phoned Seth who said they had hundreds of customers and could not respond to my “wily nilly” responses! He then said they did not want to continue my services, but he was condescending and not polite. I left a voice message for J.P. expressing concern about the cancellation and asked him to respond, as I hoped not to make negative comments about this poor customer service. They gave good service at first then fell off, called three times for follow up service and never had a call back ended up calling Dodson because I was being invaded by ants and needed service.

We have had a mouse problem for many months. Starting last fall, for the first time ever, mice were streaming into our home like they were in a Mickey Mouse parade.We called another company. They came out, put out some bait boxes, said they would be back in a week to check the boxes…they did not return. We had to call them again. Another visit to find ALL the boxes were empty AND the mice were still coming in.Same story…more bait, more money, and another empty promise. The mice kept coming! I’m certain they were putting out some type of mouse aphrodisiac! They seemed to love it!A family member recommended Mighty Mite, and I’m so thankful! Their representative came, told me about the product he used and how effective it was.We. NEVER. Saw. Another. Mouse.What a relief and blessing. I sleep better because I’m not having nightmares of mice overtaking home!I highly recommend Mighty Mite as your first choice. You can call them first or call them last, but you’re going to call them because they do what they say and they are very affordable.
