This dealership has treated us very well. My husband bought a car from Mike Ward, and had a fantastic experience. I was interested in possibly buying a car from them also. My husband reached out to Mike and Mike went to work. He started finding exactly what I wanted and what was important to me. The car was amazing! Mike also was able to make me an incredible offer on the car and my trade in. I girl as about to pull the trigger, but I got cold feet. My husband felt bad towards Mike because he had already put in so much work, but Mike was very understanding and very friendly about it, which we both appreciated very much. He had earned our business again and again with every interaction we’ve had with them. My husband is now friends with Mike and we would recommend this dealership to anybody. I would also recommend asking for Mike Ward because I can be so confident in saying he will take great care of you. He is very honest, forthcoming and not pushy. He is a great guy and very personable. Thank you Moses and thank you Mike. We are lifetime customers because of Mike Ward. Great experience here every time.

Great experience trading BMW 430i convertible for BMW X3 x-drive SUV. Great team of personnel. Used car salesman Mike Ward was very helpful. When I showed up unexpectedly, Desalle Jenkins was more than helpful. Even Paige (used to be Brown), in the service department ended up saving me a dollar or two. Mike worked diligently to get this deal done and did a lot upfront to help me speed through the finance department, which also was a breeze. Thanks to Mike's manager (don't know her name) for getting me the trade-in value.

Only go here if you have a brand new bmw, they refused to fix my ecu because my car was simply “ too old” crazy how there can be one flaw with your vehicle these days and they’ll turn you away if your car is a certain year. It’s alright though I fixed it myself. Just because you have a piece of paper that calls you a “ certified mechanic” doesn’t make you any different from these backwoods garage mechanics.

Mike Ward was excellent!!! I helped my mom with leasing a new BMW and I could not be more happy with the way we were treated. Everyone was really nice, but Mike went above and beyond for us when evaluating our trade and the details of the lease. He is a down-to-earth guy that has no interest in wasting your time/ money and is extremely knowledgable when it comes to all the different models. Don't buy from anyone else, just choose Mike!

Cannot say enough good things about my car buying experience! Mike Ward was our sales person and he went above and beyond to get us the best deal on a lease for a new BMW. Mike is a straight shooter and won't just tell you what you want to hear. He walked us through all of the various leasing options and got us out of there fairly quickly, especially since he was one of only two sales people there. 10/10 recommend working with Mike, he's the best!

I noticed earlier in the week that after a recent car wash my back windshield wiper of my BMW X7 had a piece hanging. Coincidentally, I was to be in the area and on a whim stopped by to see when I could make an appointment to get it fixed. I was told by the appointment lady if I could give it a couple of minutes she’d get someone to take a look at it. Literally a couple minutes later he took a look, suggested I change the front wipers too as I hadn’t done in the last year. They quickly got me an estimate- I agreed to the pricing and he changed then right then and there. Now that’s SERVICE!! This is my 3rd BMW and I remain loyal to the brand and appreciate their service!!

I once told the General Manager that I was willing to do a commercial for the Service Dept. I have had nothing but excellent experiences with both routine and repair service. I have owned 3 BMWs, and can say nothing but good things about the Service Dept
