We LOVE our new to us BMW from these guys. Talk about first class service. The operator took my call, then sent us to "sales" where she pre-screened me, then she got me over to the manager. This was a smooth operation in the best of ways. I expected (because who doesn't?) a cluster. And instead I got smooth sailing.Andrew set our expectations and exceeded them every step of the way. If the world operated like this, there would be several million fewer ulcers.We love our X7, the service and the attention to detail. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Many thanks to the Moses BMW Service department. I was visiting Huntington WV for the weekend when a charging system fault message appeared on my X3. I did not want to risk a 500 mile trip back home without getting this fixed. Called their service department on Monday morning and they were able to get me in and out before noon with the issue resolved. Prices were reasonable by BMW standards also. Greatly appreciate the help and the honest service. Thanks Adam!

I have bought 2 BMWs from Moses of St Albans. Having an issue with my current X5. Spoke with a service lady about wanting to talk to a service tech regarding cost for diagnostic testing. I was told someone would call me, that was 7 days ago. No call! I purchased a new SUV from Walker Chevy in Nitro. Moses has no customer loyalty or ethics. Never again with Moses! ** READ BELOWTook just over 3 months for them to actually start looking at my car which was towed in. From what I gather that seems like a normal wait time there if it’s a tow in. Took about a month and a half after that for it to be available for pickup but I’m still waiting on a piece for my front trim which has yet to come in. Other than that, everything was fixed perfectly fine and you can’t even tell that’s it’s been fixed. Looks like new. The wait was annoying and it felt like something new came up every week delaying it even more, so for that experience I’d give it 3/5 stars.However, brought it back for new tires since they were the only place with them in stock and they had them on in less than day. That experience was 5/5 stars. So I met in the middle and left 4 stars for an average.Main takeaway: don’t expect a quick turn around if it’s towed in but if you get an appointment they are very efficient.

We were very pleased with the way their staff handled our situation. We took possession of our new suv and couldn’t be happier with their help. Tristan was a great in helping me learn the technology in the car. He was knowledgeable and very patient. Andrew was a big help in organizing the paperwork for the trade and the gentleman in the finance dept. did a good job explaining the available warranties without any pressure to purchase them if I wasn’t interested. Would recommend these guys if buying a new car.

I had my X5 50e serviced at Moses BMW for a refrigerant valve issue. The service advisor (DJ) attended to the vehicle as soon as I walked in and the techs made timely diagnosis of what the issue was. I was provided a loaner for about a week while they wait for part to install into the vehicle. They also did recall work on knee airbag and checked for other recalls. Communication is fast and work was completed relatively quickly. I live 2 hours away from the dealership so communication is key. Although I can service my car closer to home from another service center, my experience with Moses BMW is top notch so I will have my car serviced there in the future.

The best visit that I’ve had with this dealership. The service person (DJ) was efficient and professional. I really appreciated the video that the mechanic sent of my SUV showing the undercarriage, tire threads, and explaining what services were being performed. It was outstanding!

Moses BMW helped me immensely when I had an issue with tires while traveling through the area. They not only worked with my schedule to fix my BMW, but they also were friendly and extremely accommodating. They even went out of their way to mail me my spare key! I do appreciate their help, time, and wonderful customer service. Thank you!!
