They had my car for 4 months now, then I get a phone call saying I’ll have my car by this week. Okay cool, but then the following day I get a call saying they “missed a part” and they won’t have it for another month. It’ll be almost half a year before I get my vehicle back.

Took less than a week to fix my truck. It was washed and waxed. It looks great. They even cleaned the inside. Very impressed.Services: Painting

Took my car here after getting into an accident, there was damage to the front fender. It was in the shop for three weeks, which I was really understanding about, although I was told it would be about a week. Once I finally got my car back, we’ve had to fix multiple things that weren’t wrong before and even had to take it back once. I have parts on my front end that weren’t reconnected properly, a piece of my trim was broken and they didn’t even give a heads up, my fender is crooked, not everything that was promised was fixed, if anything I should’ve just replaced the fender myself. It would’ve been cheaper, a lot less stress and would’ve been without the additional damage. While the staff did seem really kind, the work was sloppy and half done. Kindness only goes so far. Over a month later, still waiting on a call about a wheel that was supposedly ordered, but honestly I’m not bothering to go back for that. I think they’ve done enough… I’m usually really forgiving but I will never bring another car back to this business since mine went in with just cosmetic damage and needing an alignment and came out with more issues, expensive ones at that. Hopefully I can find a shop that will take care of the issues that has been caused because it won’t be “fixed” here.

Sloppy workmanship. After "Their Washing & Final Inspection" I had to totally clean all the body shop dirt and dust from the engine compartment, find and hook up my windshield washer hose, and mount the bracket in it's place.
