The staff members were polite, professional and knowledgeable of their jobs. Dylan was attentive and knowledgeable. Made me feel comfortable with making a big decision. Impressive manager who was involved in the process and was interested that appropriate information was being given to me. An overall good experience. The staff are excellent representatives for not only Moses but Ford industry in general. Everyone, including Casey in finance, believe in the good quality of what they sell. You are lucky to have this team.

Friendly staff, nice waiting area, very reasonable wait time, courteous, reasonably priced services. I have been to several dealerships and local garages in the area and this has been one of my favorite stops. Taking our F-250 Super Duty in for a service can be a bit of a chore for me but these guys made it easy. I look forward to keeping up my vehicle's maintenance with them in the future.

Arrived early took us in right away took pics of car, sent text msg if I needed anything while waiting to let them know. Also provided coffee and gentleman came in and filled up coffee creamer. All staff was very professional, nice and caring. Also did complimentary car wash. Thank you for a pleasant service treatment.

All of the positive reviews that I see are people that have recently purchased vehicles. Moses Ford is helpful when they want you to buy from them. The issue is when the vehicle they sold you breaks down constantly. You have to continue to make your car payment even though your vehicle has been unusable for the last 6 months and they never have loaner cars and getting them to set you up with a rental car is a joke. I purchased a new vehicle that was junk and lost $4000 trading it in 6 months later. My parents purchased a used vehicle that has been broken down more than it has ran. No more Ford's for us.

They treated me amazing from start to finish. I traveled two hours to do business with them and would do it again in a heartbeat. Dave Davis was my salesperson and he was great to deal with. He was transparent about the deal and forthcoming about the vehicle. Between him and the finance department doing their best to get me in a vehicle i liked, Ill definitely be back. Thanks Moses.

I had a great Experience buying my truck at Moses!!!The salesperson “Paul Waugh” was friendly and knowledgeable. Paul helped me through the process and made it very easy.I will buy here again in the future and have already told others that if you want to get treated right then go to Moses first.

This was the best and easiest deal I’ve ever encountered after buying many new trucks over the years also I feel we got a fair deal first time ever feeling this way thanks to the salesman and the manager.she was easy to talk with .if ever buying another vehicle we will go back to Moses ford .I recommend this dealership . While I appreciate them fixing the issue I had...there is much-needed improvement in this shop. I was promised a shuttle ride home so I wouldn't have to wait at the shop. I asked about it upon arrival, the worker said "no problem, if you would like to wait in the customer area, I'll get a driver for you." NEVER SAW HIM AGAIN NOR DID ANYONE COME TO TAKE ME HOME. I had to wait for what seemed like forever for them to fix what I went there to have done. When it came time to pay so I could finally leave, apparently only one person can take care of that & she had stepped away from her desk so, again I wait. Not to mention I was called by the wrong name the whole time I was there, and this was AFTER I had called a week and a half ago to update all the information on my account.

3 stars because the sales department, especially Justin, deserve 5/5 stars and a raise. The buying experience was 2nd to none! However, the service department is by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had with any dealership. A week long fiasco after their technician hard reset my vehicle shutting down most electronic components, putting the vehicle in worse condition than when it was dropped off. Constantly put aside, ignored, and dismissed that it was due to a "recall" which was not true. The technician hard reset my vehicle and then didn't do anything to fix the codes the power loss caused. Had to go as far as getting my VIN codes ran and researched by an out of state dealer (Ford mechanic that I know) to show the issue was NOT recall related. Even this dealer and mechanic stated as such it was absolutely NOT related to the recall. After this was brought to service's attention, my vehicle was fixed and returned to its state before the first service appointment. Customers should not have to go through something like that, especially after just buying a car from Moses. This is not to mention my vehicle was sold without a separate recall unfinished and well below the minimum line of radiator fluid. I hope this reaches the service manager and corrections are made within the service department. Again, huge shout to Justin, he broke his back making this right for me, and eventually succeeded.

Moses Ford has a wonderful service department. They are friendly, professional and I always have a good experience when taking my car in for oil changes etc. And always done in a timely manner. Melissa is always so pleasant and helpful. I was very pleased with Jason Brigner, service advisor for making sure I received the video of my car being serviced. That was great seeing the details as they checked the car.
