I would give 6 stars if I could, I had inquired about a used car and received a phone call from Dylan Freshour shortly after, Dylan made this a terrific buying experience, he was very accommodating and went above and beyond excellent customer service, I highly recommend Moses Ford , and Dylan Freshour, I was in and out in less than 2 hours driving my new purchase home. I have an hour+ commute every day and was drowning in gas, repairs with no clear answer what was causing the issues, and my car payment was astronomical - Rachael Fortune found me the PERFECT fuel efficient car (with plenty of room still!), ended up saving me $100 on my monthly car payment too! She knows what she’s doing - I cannot recommend her enough! Thank you Rachael!

Very fast with everything, was in and out with a new truck in under 2 hours, Brent Johnson the salesman was very friendly and helpful(would highly recommend). Jamie the sales manager gave me a great trade in value, and helped a ton get a deal put together. Aaron the finance manager was very good at getting the best rate, and payment from the bank. This truck purchase was the easiest, and will not be my last from these guys.

I would highly recommend Peggy Sue at Moses Ford Pre-Owned Cars in St.Albans, WV. I am 63 years old and my buying experience with her and Aaron Wilkinson were by far the easiest and most pleasant I’ve ever had.

I had a great experience with Brent, who was an excellent salesman when I was looking for a used truck. He was not only friendly but also straightforward, making the entire process efficient. Brent respected our time and didn't try any unnecessary sales tactics, which made my purchase enjoyable and hassle-free.

I recently bought a used Toyota from Moses Ford Pre-Owned, and the process was fairly smooth. My sales rep, Justin Harding, was very helpful in getting me what I was looking for and patient in answering my questions—he even went above and beyond and had the car washed and detailed while I was doing the paperwork.
I did have to wait much longer than expected in financing for the paperwork to be completed and had to re-sign several forms due to errors, but ultimately I was able to drive the car I was looking for oft the lot within 3 hours.

Peggy Sue was a big help with our purchase of our 2024 Ford Escape. She was very accommodating and followed up to make sure we had everything we needed. We have purchased several cars through the years and always seem to end up at Moses Ford. The quality of their used cars are very good and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Last Wednesday I was in a car accident that almost took my life. My car was totaled. I had no idea what I was gonna do to get a car. I put in several loan applications and the next morning I got a call. It was Peggy Sloane from Moses Ford use cars. We got to talking via text and I told her my story. In matter of a few hours she text back I was approved. We agreed she would pick me up at 10 today. She text me at 930 am to say she be there at 945. We go down to the car lot signed papers and I drove off!! The most help and best experience buying a car.
