True Story: My dad (age 76) purchased a vehicle here a few months ago. Last week, he gets an automated phone call telling him he needs to meet Jerry at 1000 the next day at the dealership related to the vehicle. As a trusting individual he shows up. And only after the sales agents were done making jokes, they offered to buy his vehicle back at $4,000 below market. Thankfully he said no and later found out there is no “Jerry”…it was only a ploy to get elderly customers to the dealership, get a good laugh, and then hope to take advantage of the elderly just to make a buck. Shame on them…please do not support a business like this.

I removed my negative review because the customer service i received from service director Mike was absolutely phenomenal. With that being said i will continue to service my vehicles at Moses because Mike proved to me that when they make a mistake they will make it right.

I cannot brag enough on Moses, and particularly sales manager, Bryce. I purchased a certified preowned vehicle. After my purchase, an issue with the certification process was discovered. Bryce immediately informed me of the issue and was very transparent and honest. Even though the problem was not with Moses, but rather with the manufacturer, Bryce worked with his general manager to quickly come up with a solution that totally satisfied me and exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend the Moses auto group for your next vehicle purchase! Outstanding service!! I would also highly recommend dealing with salesperson Megan Brown. He was also outstanding throughout the whole process.

I have always been pleased with the service until this time. I was asked to pay a different amount than what my invoice showed. They said it was a software problem. I also paid for a maintenance package and for some reason it’s not been granted. I called and talked to a man once, he said he would call me back and didn’t, I called 1 week later and got his vm. I left a message and still waiting for him to call me back. (It’s been 4 days)

I have rusted struts on the hatch. A rubbing sound when the hatch closes. 2021 NX. Obviously a defective strut. They looked and found nothing. Twice, service didn't return emails. When contacted I was told the rust isn't causing the rubbing. I accept that but there's still rust. They won't help me Contacted Lexus Engagement Center. They referred me to the dealership. No help. Terrible experience. I'll never buy anything from Moses again. Stay away from Moses.

Service dept. does NOT live up to what they told us at the time of purchase. 3 weeks to replace an alternator under warranty. No loaner vehicle as advertised, no updates on status of repair under warranty. We made weekly calls and didn’t even get returned phone calls after leaving messages. Blames parts being on order but when we called around to other dealers they all had them in stock. I’m sure they were under staffed or short handed because the service team that was there could care less. Do better Moses.

As always this service was a good experience. Wait time was a bit longer but we were informed that was due to shortage of staff. We left service department very satisfied.

The service was terrible. Waited for one hour to get the shuttle, Then told me the 6 months car maintenance isn’t necessary. Just because it’s Lexus care free two complimentary service. Left there without doing anything. I don’t know why they sent me two trash AD.

Highly recommended our salesman Raymond Wyrick, this is our 5th vehicle we purchased with him. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable of all the vehicles and goes above and beyond to help find us the right one each time.

Purchased my (5th) Lexus in California. I moved back home so this was my first time using Moses for my purchased service contract. Everything went smoothly as I’ve come to expect with Lexus. Travis Naylor and the Service Staff were very accommodating. I also appreciated the phone text updates w/links to the details of my servicing, etc. Kerry Fugate and I had an informative conversation about the RX Hybrid series that I solicited while I waited as well. I would definitely recommend!
