Rate my experience as poor . I told my salesman I wanted Toyota finance and the military rebate . The finance manager ended up selling me a higher loan with another bank and no rebate . Ended up buying Gap insurance when I didn’t need to . Treat military veterans better

We have bought many times from Moses, every experience has been great and painless. Dionte was so helpful and patient. We jumped from car to car and lot to lot, but they made sure I was happy when I left there.
Toyota has definitely taken care of me, friendly reminders to get the car serviced. Everything is done in a timely manner.

Moses Toyota was the best experience I ever had at buying a vehicle if I could give them more than five stars I absolutely would the sales team absolutely the best friendly people I have ever met honestly made me feel like family and I was welcomed and that I wasn’t even at a car dealership to be honest with you. I had went to a previous car dealership victory Toyota in South Charleston terrible experience. The salesman that met me was named Deonte what a wonderful young man super nice. I told him about my terrible experience that morning and he was like ma’am. I apologize that they were like that I told him exactly what I was looking for what I wanted and we went right to work He gave me what my vehicle was worth never lowballed me made me feel dumb Like the previous Dealership had I drove off the lot with the vehicle I wanted at the price. I wanted very happy customer. Looking forward to doing business With them again in the future Most definitely will be sending people their way

If you need a car, Raymond at the St. Albans Toyota dealership is your guy. He's professional, personable, and very knowledgeable about the cars. Jason, in finance, is also an awesome guy. He too shares the same traits as Raymond and got me a great rate on my loan! This team was great when I purchased my car. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to purchase. They answered my questions thoroughly and they were not pushy or aggressive in our interactions. It was like meeting old friends who happened to work at a car dealership. I was going to purchase a car at a different dealership, but decided to stop by this dealership to look. I wasn't going to purchase until I heard the passion and knowledge Raymond had about the cars. Well....you have to have top notch people to sale top notch cars! Kudos to Raymond and Jason for your diligent service, commitment, and compassion to your organization!

I highly recommend going to no other Toyota dealer other than Moses. They took excellent care of my husband and I. They offered excellent money for our trade and got us in the car we wanted. They didn’t pressure us or try to convince us into buying something we didn’t want. Definitely go see them!!
