“The staff was helpful, friendly, and personable. They were willing to work with us if our reservation needed to be extended due to inclement weather. The location is forgiving if you're not confident maneuvering the bigger U-Haul trucks. My only gripes are that the elevator doors close too fast, making it a bit inconvenient to move in bulk. Also, having to punch in your code every time you use the elevator gets tedious. Opting for a card swipe would make the elevator process more efficient, but you'd lose the advantage of multiple people independently accessing the elevator without having to juggle one card among everyone.

Overall, the prices aren’t too steep, especially if you bundle by getting your first month free. If you’re only looking for temporary storage options, this could be a great fit. The facility is clean, climate-controlled, pest-free, and the convenience of having both your drop-off location and unit at the same place is worth it. Some U-Haul storage facilities don’t provide truck rental services, so that's a plus.

I can honestly recommend this location. The services provided, including move-in help (bite the bullet if you’re on the fence – it’s worth the hefty price, trust me), and amenities for your move, like dollies, make it a winner. It’s been the most bearable move I’ve had thus far, and that’s saying a lot. This is coming from someone who's used independent storage services in the past, dealing with awkward locations, poor infrastructure, archaic and restrictive payment options, no climate control, and hefty security deposits. The convenience hands down outweighs the cost, in my humble opinion.”

“Update: Jan 2021, used their only page to schedule a fill up. They arrived on the date I was given and took care of me. Thanks.Update: This year (2019) I called to schedule a fill up and it was done in about a week. Thank you!Horrible service! It has been 3 weeks of calling day after day just to get my tank filled. I have been given so many lies about dates or being on the schedule only for it to not happen. When I call there is always a new date with a denial that the previous date was given. Twice I have been told someone would call me back but no one ever does.”
