Orders were even correct. Went through the drive thru & had to go inside because we didn’t get one of the sandwiches we ordered. Awful awful experience. Won’t be back!

The food was fresh, the service was quick, the staff was friendly, and when I got home, it was correctly made and enjoyable.Vegetarian options: Has a lot of choices, even all vegetables subs.Parking: Fully open parking, and there is a drive thru.

Both sandwiches we ordered online and they were absolutely delicious. It was late in the evening and it appeared that only one person was working at that time. The employee was very courteous and made our sandwiches quickly. We can’t wait to go back.

The Subway in St Albans is a great experience to visit I would recommend this restaurant to anyone they will not be unsatisfied with their food or dining experience ? Dietary restrictions: If you're on a diet or can only eat certain things this would be the place to go because you can pick what meats, cheese's and vegetables you would like on your sub?

I ordered a Subway club #11. I went through the drive-thru. The girl that took my order was really nice. I assumed ,bad idea, that I would get on it what was listed on the menu. There was no lettuce, tomato or onion. I ordered some extra spinach & cucumber of which I only got some spinach. The food,in the manner that I got it, was good but it was not what I ordered. IF I go back to a Subway I WILL know to check the sandwich before I leave. $11.64 is to much to pay not to get what you order.

Staffed by a bunch of kids. One was a worker the others liked to go in the back and goof off leaving the hard worker to take orders, make subs and take money too. He needs a raise. Our subs were good.

Not sure if I just picked a bad day to come here, but I haven't been in a few years and decided to run through the drive thru on my lunch hour. I sat at the order menu for about 5 minutes and since there was no one in front of me at the pick up window (there were cars parked though, I'm assuming employees) I went ahead and pulled up to the window thinking maybe the speaker on the menu was broken. I then sat there for 10 minutes, staring inside the building through the halfway opened drive thru window hoping to see someone.. nopeI was really looking forward to a cold cut sub but ended up settling for Wendys. Won't be back any time soon.

There were 3 very friendly employees involved with making and ringing up our order. They had everything we wanted for our sandwiches and everything appeared to be fresh and our sandwiches tasted great.This location gets a lot of flak for some reason, but over the last decade we've only had issues twice — both times when we tried ordering from the app instead of in person, which I don't recommend. I don't know what people expect from Subway — do they think you have to order a sandwich straight off the menu?
