When I took my precious dog there for what I knew was going to be her last visit, Dr. Sheriff and the staff showed kindness and compassion to my Annie and to me and my husband. “We came in a month ago to get our dog checked out. Unfortunately it wasn’t good news and our baby had to be put to sleep. My husband originally went in. They were patient while I drove from the other end of Saint Albans to here and bring our kids in to say goodbye beforehand. I will say the whole visit was expensive for not being able to bring our dog home. Staff was great, another lady was waiting to be called back and was very rude saying she had waited for so long and I said at least you have your dog. Be patient. Other than that, the staff was helpful, kind and very patient with us while we said goodbye to our boy.”

“Late on Christmas Eve it became clear that my very geriatric Great Dane was seriously ill. At her advanced age I did not want to prolong her suffering. I brought her here at 2 am on Christmas morning and the staff was incredible. The price for everything was very, very reasonable. I was treated with kindness and warmth. My dog, Macy, was given respect and love. They took great care of us. It made a very sad situation more bearable and I couldn't be more thankful. Everything went at a pace I was comfortable with, and every step was explained to me with care and transparency. I do not remember the names of everyone who helped us, but I just want to thank you all for being so wonderful during a very hard time. I cannot recommend them enough.”
