Hands down the Best Credit Union especially for small business. They helped guide me thru the pandemic with ease and timeliness. I had been banking with another bank for over 20 years and they told me they could do nothing for me. WV Credit Union called me to offer assistance. Amazing employees that go above and beyond! Can not say enough wonderful things about this credit union. Your money is safe here as well compared to public banks.

I wish ot gave an option for 0 stars. I have no clue how in 2022 almost 2023 you can have a bank with a mobile app that has 0 features and no 24/7 customer service. Card has been locked for no reason for the 8th time this year. No way to unlock it to be able to get into my funds. Would not even recommend this "institution" to anyone.

Great service. I initially spoke with Linda on the phone who setup an appointment for me. She was kind and courteous. Shortly thereafter, I was approved for membership and a vehicle loan on the same day. I worked with Drema Pritt. She was professional, friendly, and easy to work with. I truly enjoyed doing business here and look forward to returning to this institution in the future.
