I wish I caught the woman's name who went out of her way to pull the stock number without me asking and checked if there were christmas snoopys at other local cvs stores. if you're reading this, i did get the last one that you told me was in fairmont xoxo

Used to love this pharmacy. Not anymore. I watched 6 people walk out after waiting for over an hour for flu shot or rx drop off or pick up. We waited at the counter for 30 minutes before someone even looked our way for a flu shot. I agree with other comments. They are rude. They didn't acknowledge anyone that was waiting in line, until someone said something about having to wait so loing. There were 3 people working behind the counter that day too! Will not use this pharmacy again. Too many others around with great customer service.

Your business doesn't even deserve a star. It deserves a two thumbs down. I've been a loyal customer to this CVS for almost 20 years. I hope you are closing your doors for good while I'm posting this review. I will not step foot in your store ever again!!! Your pharmacy is packed with rude, obnoxious and lazy staff. If a customer goes to checkout there are at least 3 employees in front at the end of the checkout counter lollygagging and goofing off. Maybe one employee will come down to the self checkout area only to hover over you. If that's the case maybe just take your lazy self to the other side of the counter and I don't know maybe check me out!!! When the one pharmacist left I can't remember his name, I knew this store was going to go down hill!!! Your laziness and rudeness turned me away from your business!!! Good Luck because you all are going to need it!!!

You never know when they are open. My husbands chemo has been there since yesterday, but we couldn't pick it up due to them not Being open.Everytime I have an issue I email the CEO Karen Lynch, you can find her email on the web.

If you need prescriptions filled go somewhere else. The pharmacy closes early sometimes without notice. Today (Thursday) it was opened from 9am-2pm that's 5 hours I wonder if they took lunch also. The Hours are not good for anyone that works for a living. The system they use for electronic prescriptions is frequently down. If the Doctor sends it over when they are down it's lost so you have to call the doctors office to resend it.

If I could give them no stars I would. Their website says Pharmacy is open, every week they are closed one day per that week no particular day. This is completely unacceptable, plus they also are the highest price pharmacy around even with a good rx etc. My advice would be not to use this pharmacy.

To pharmacist Steven - thanks for NOT calling me back, as promised, to let me know that you were bouncing my prescription back to the equally incompetent High Street pharmacy. I appreciate your broken promise. Needless to say, my experience with CVS here in Morgantown is the absolute worst I’ve ever had. In fact I’ve never had any issues with a pharmacy before (and I’ve been on a monthly script for over 20 years, so I’ve experienced plenty with pharmacies). Consider my business with you done. Not that you care.

If I could give this a 0 I would. Waited in the drive through for 7-10 mins no one came to asked me what I wanted. They just said wait a minute as soon as I pulled up. All I wanted was a Covid test I have every single symptom and didn't want to go into the store in case I had it which turns out I do. After 10 mins I go into the store no one is at the register I stood there for five mins saying hello is anyone here twice nothing. So I walked back to the pharmacy 1 of the 5 people were on the phone. Everyone else was doing nothing. I was so mad. This is the worst CVS I have ever been to and I've never had a bad experience at one until now. I still to this day do not know where the person on the front register was like the person still wasn't there when I left???

This store is false advertising that is has walk in covid shots. Then I scheduled covid and the flu and when I got to the store they didn’t have the flu shot. They didn’t even call to notify me of not having the flu shot before I got here. They have no respect for anyone’s time but there own.

If I could give it 0 I would. I called today around 10am to have my sons medication filled (he's special needs) they tell me they were filled on the 27th of October and couldn't be filled till December 5th? If there are 30 pills that doesn't even make sense! The girl basically told me there was nothing I could do besides call my child's dr and have them fix the problem. I called them and they called me back saying they could not do anything about the issue and that CVS would have to see what they are doing wrong. I called CVS upset at this point, and asked what was going on with the medication and she had said "I don't know who told you that, but I'm sorry" "I will look into this for you" I said ok I have been at this all day and he needs his medicine for school tomorrow because he struggles without it, and she told me I would have to Waite until tomorrow! After her employee told me it was the Drs issue when In fact it was on their end all along! I began trying to fix an issue that wasn't even an issue at 10am this morning. My son now has to struggle because she couldn't have it in her heart to fill the prescription so he could have it for school tomorrow. I am very upset and I will be taking my business elsewhere. I've never seen a pharmacy employee with no compassion.

The store associates are awesome. Very helpful in finding items. Forgot a medication at WVU so Patrick, the pharmacist, was very kind and quickly transferred and filled it for me. Exceptional experience!!
