When one of our kids had a series of medication reactions Rachel was extremely reassuring, she checked out the rash and gave us recommendations that helped us solve a medication mystery.”
“This is an amazing pharmacy. I've never put much thought into my pharmacy (besides a personal preference of supporting small businesses) but they are better than your average CVS or Walgreens. They went above and beyond advocating for me when my psychiatry office was taking over a week to get me refills on a medication I need to function daily. They helped in every way they could and were obviously very frustrated on my behalf (thank you Kinsleigh for being so compassionate and empathetic and for calling my psych office so many times). This pharmacy offers a personal touch of compassion that's worth driving a few miles past whatever chain pharmacy you're near because if you're ever in a situation like mine they will be there to help you however they can. “I found myself one late Tuesday afternoon, heading to Morgantown. As it sometimes happens, I blew a tire - a bad scene since I had both time and distance constraints on me. The good folks at SAM's got me squared away at the end of their day and saved me from further damage as another one of the tires was also in bad shape. I hit something, maybe some construction material that damaged both tires. Excellent work from the afternoon crew at Sam's!!!”

“I live in another state, but while visiting the area, I needed to fill a couple prescriptions. I use GOODRX to shop prices on every prescription. Giant Eagle Pharmacy has come up with the lowest price each time. I learned several years ago from my oncologist, “ don’t fall in love with a pharmacy”. Formularies change every year. I thought because I have a prescription drug plan, all pharmacy prices were the same.??; they are not.basic GoodRx is free. It’s saved me thousands of dollars over the years. ?????”
“I love WVU Medicine. I had mine and my brother's prescriptions switched to this pharmacy. The staff is amazing they call you about your medicine and delivery options and it's delivered right to your door. The staff at this pharmacy are very caring about the patients. I highly recommend this pharmacy to everyone and I give it a 10⭐”

“By far, the best CVS I've used in many years, from Florida to Summersville to Morgantown! I don't think any employee is as old as my son's, but they are ALL polite, bright and knowledgeable! Always attentively! Downtown store has no drive thru for pharmacy, but I wouldn't go anywhere else because of service.”

“I almost never write reviews, but I'm so appreciative of the Pharmacy Tech that helped me yesterday I figured I should. I felt terrible and had to get a prescription filled(last thing i wanted to do) and while they were a bit behind on getting the scripts in, they worked as fast as possible to get everyone's orders done. It's flu season folks, bring your patience lol. What really made my day was when one of the ladies realized I didn't have insurance, and used a discount that saved me $60! I wasn't expecting that at all, and while I may not have looked as pleased at the time due to being sick, the gesture warmed my heart and kept my wallet a little bit heavier. Just wanted to say thanks to the Pharm tech who gave me that discount and to everyone else working hard to keep our local pharmacy running!”
“Staffs at Sam's tire and battery center are always very friendly and professional. They did the job in a timely manner and even tell you extra you did not ask for a check. They did tire installation, flat tire repair, clean the rim, and check the battery very well, more than my expectation. The best one I have ever experienced.”
