They have an excellent store with almost everything you would need, and competitive prices, for a successful move, big or small. Price was very reasonable for the trailer and I recommend getting the insurance, it was inexpensive. Great experience overall.”

“I've had a climate controlled locker with Bridgeport Storage for probably 5 years now. Never had an issue. They bill me on the 1st of the month. I have access. All you can ask for right? It's clean and well lit with outlets inside for use.
However, currently I'm sitting here hoping they call me back as they've installed a new keypad to access the main gate--but the old access code does not work. Scanned and searched emails but no notification.
I called and left a message at both numbers. Waited 20 minutes. Not gonna lie, pretty salty atm.
Never had an issue prior to this, and I'm optimistic it'll be resolved.”
“This place is to notch for your storage needs. Very clean, everything is new (in 2023).Well lit, very secure, with complimentary access to a cart for the inside temp- controlled storage units. The door to the temp controlled units is extra wide for ease of accessHighly recommend!”

“The facility speaks for itself! Clean. Easy access. Plenty of room. All the goods! Where are you find the separation in these places is with the management. So my experience with minimall storage didn’t start off as well as I thought it should …had trouble getting a lease and a receipt and etc. etc. etc. 1-800 customer service calls unanswered. But the manager of the facility, Rick was able to alleviate all my worries with just one phone call. He stayed on the line with me and made sure I got all my problems taken care of properly! Top-notch service right when I needed it! It’s easy to build a storage unit and keep it clean not so easy to deal with all the hassles. And when you got hassles, that’s the kind of service you want! Thanks again Rick really appreciate all your help!”
