“My husband and I were travelling through to Myrtle Beach. When we came out of out hotel that morning(Feb 29), our muffler was hanging down. We called Baileys(found through google) and were told we could come right in. We waited in the office for less than 2 hours while they were servicing others already in line. Enjoyed complimentary coffee, and lots of conversation. Our vehicle was fixed and we paid and were off on our travels. The service was above and beyond. The price was exceptional (well below what we thought as travellers passing through we would be charged- some places would have taken advantage of that fact), the friendliness of the staff (and other customers) was appreciated. We joked afterward that we actually had a good time waiting for our car to be done!Thanks again! You made a repair that could have hindered our trip an easy non-event!!”
