“A worker was nice and took my car for a drive to see if he could tell me the issue I was having with my car. He heard it and gave us suggestions to and then recommended bringing to him if I couldn't fix it. But I got it fixed thankfully!!!?”

“We stopped at this shop because of an emergency while travelling. Our car was making a very loud noise near one of the front tires, and we believed it was a brake issue. During the initial quick inspection, they also said it appeared to be related to the brakes and gave us an estimated cost for the repair.
However, once they completed a more thorough inspection, they discovered that the brakes were not the problem. The noise was actually caused by the wheel not being installed properly and the lug nuts not being correctly tightened.
What impressed us most was their honesty. Even though the initial signs pointed to a brake repair, they were completely transparent once they found the actual cause and only addressed what the car truly needed. Both the mechanics and the owner/manager were incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely concerned about helping us during an emergency.
We are extremely grateful for how they treated us and would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest and caring service.”
