“There is no other bank I would rather hold an account with. My fiance and I had a joint account open for over a year, and there were some errors made by both of us that caused our account to be horribly overdrafted. We of course planned to get everything cleared up as soon as we possibly could, we just had to wait on the IRS to deposit our tax refund. Milissa did everything in her power to make sure we didn't get any excess fees or penalty charges. She was amazing. So helpful. She closed out our existing account and opened a new one for us the same day our tax return was deposited. They really do work with you to make sure you don't have to pay fee after fee like other banks do. I feel extremely blessed to have Milissa and all the girls at the Summersville Branch on our side!!”
