“Had an issue, the tech here over tightening my oil filter, I was upset, however, my local shop here in new Martinsville called them and told them this and valvoline express said they will back their work, not only that, they did not require me to drive 3 hours back to summersville instead they promised to reimburse my local shop. So I appreciate this place for making it easy for me. But please teach your techs to not over tighten the oil filter that is oil change 101.
Other than that thank you for backing your work and saving me a lot of driving, gas money, and having to call off from work! I understand mistakes can happen but you went about it professionally”
