Donovan Lyle, manager of the Enterprise in Summersville, WV., 19S, was amazing. I hit a deer, the Officer who responded to my 911 call, led us to the Enterprise office. Donovan was empathetic, genuinely concerned and had us in another vehicle and back on the road, almost immediately!

Reserved a SUV a week ahead and the day of pickup they didn't have any SUV's left. Instead they had a Malibu but they say before pick they called and said they had the SUV.

Someone rear ended me while driving one of your rentals, their fault, you all said I had to pay my insurance's deductible anyway (I'm to be reimbursed for it), I paid it, liable party tried to get me another rental, you all put me on a "do not rent" blacklist because you didn't take the payment immediately for some reason, I had to wait over the weekend to call and talk to someone to take me off. It was done, but Bobby was unempathetic for all the trouble I was put through and didn't do anything else for me. Also concerning the wreck in the first vehicle, I had to call in 4 times to get someone to send me a copy of the rental agreement. I talked to the same guy the first 3 times and he kept saying he would get to it, and I talked to a lady the 4th time and she sent it right away. This was a horrible experience with Enterprise and nothing has been done to make up for it.

We rented a car a few days ago and when we showed up to pick the car up they told us they had no available cars. They told us they tried to call us but we had no records of the call and they were incredibly rude. Summerville location, 12/17/21

Summersville wv have the friendliness employees and explain everything to you and they sanitize the vehicle before you get in it , Ellie was really awesome and I appreciate her kindness.

I had the worst experience that I've ever had! Why they would tell me to come that they have cars then I drive an hour to be told that they're not doing one ways. I get a car every other month and every other month I'm bringing a car back. I've been doing this for over 5 yrs like clock work. After the hour drive, the other enterprise thats an hr and half away calls and says oh,, now we have the car that you were originally supposed to get . So I have to back track to get the car before I can begin my 8 1/2 hr drive to my destination!! I'm terribly disappointed especially since the agents couldn't care less.

Always a pleasure renting a vehicle here. From making the reservation online or by phone to picking it up at the local branch. Or if I need picked up, no problem. I get a courtesy call letting me know that they are on their way. The vehicles are always spotless and if it’s cold, it’s started and warming up for me! Matt makes the whole process so easy and painless to go through. He makes sure you understand everything that is included, or if it’s not he makes sure that you have anything extra that you want/need. And in this day and time with COVID everywhere you turn, these guys are going above and beyond to make sure EVERYTHING is sanitized and the less you have to touch, the better...so the low touch/no touch option when signing all the paperwork is pretty great too. The prices are really good, considering you’re renting a vehicle that is under 3 years old and has less than 100,000 miles on it. And you know it gets serviced regularly. I know that when I need to rent a car-whether it’s just for running errands around town or going to see a doctor out of state-all I have to do is call Enterprise and Matt will take care of everything for me!

I went in to pick up my car and they would not let my 5 year old son go to the bathroom bc their lobby was closed due to the virus. We both had masks on. She told me to take him to a gas station. They made us stand outside in the rain to do the paperwork which they did not even let me initial myself. She said due to the virus they would put my initials on for me. Did not wait for a response from me and then put my initials on the agreement. Very unprofessional. Said this is corporates new policy. Had there been any other rental place where I live I would have went there.

Vehicle was not running properly when we arrived at our appointment time. Was offered another vehicle with a 30 minute wait. Was not satisfied.
