Came in to switch my family over. Hunter helped me out so much saved me a bunch of money and was more than happy to sit with me and make sure all my photos came over and I was able to sign into everything. Very friendly people and amazing prices

Only get promotions if your a new customer. But if your with them for years...like I have they offer nothing. No very personable manager from all my experience.

Most of the people who work here are decent. I had T mobile for 3 months but I left due to their coverage being horrible. I had AT&T before and was mostly satisfied but I saw T mobile said they got coverage in many places I didn't have service. I switched to them thinking I would have great service but it was actually significantly worse. Alot of their towers are always down and many places I should have had good coverage in I had none. Their coverage map lies very bad. They also forced me a tablet i didnt need and told me it was free but sneaked an additional 20$ a month for the extra line and when I canceled I had to pay close to 200$ for the tablet I don't really use. The good news is I got a much better deal switching back to AT&T than I did before so I'm glad about that. I plan on keeping AT&T forever. I wish T mobile the best. Unfortunately things didn't work out like I wanted to happen.

The store and people are great. I did end up switching companies because the service and T-Mobile is awful. I wasted around $1800 in monthly payments to roam off of other’s towers. Every time I went into a T-Mobile store, I was repeatedly told it’ll be fixed by the end of whatever month was approaching and it was never resolved. I was never offered so much as a discount considering I was paying to roam off of US Cellular towers and drop calls in the middle of Summersville where I used to have perfect service. Therefore, I felt I wasn’t even paying to use T-Mobile services, I was paying T-Mobile to borrow US Cellulars. So now I have AT&T and my 5G and everything is fantastic so far.

I had got a phone and in two days I took it back saying I didn't like it and I wanted to trade there was nothing wrong with it no scratches or anything. They refused and lied telling me they couldn't take it back (I had 14 days to take it back)
