“We had to rent a vehicle when ours had to unexpectedly go in for repair. I made a quick SAME DAY reservation online for a truck (our vehicle is a truck and we would need a comparable vehicle). When I arrived, 1/2 hour after I made the reservation...the woman in the office was super nice and helpful (I wish I could remember her name!!) But they didn't have a truck or even an SUV ...I wasn't surprised as I made it online and not in advance.But she gave me what she had, looked at other enterprises in the area and even looked ahead to see if she had one coming in. She went above and beyond to help us. Even told us about a local repair shop we could trust since we were from out of the area.Made a terrible day a little brighter. THANK YOU!”
