“I cant believe all the neg reviews, I've been renting from this one specific location for a few yrs now, I've never had a problem, until today & even now I think it was just other ppl trying to talk to him at the same time I returned my rental & he thought he closed it out but he didn't, & I just found out, but again I truly believe he thought he did I even watched him push the buttons, but for some reason maybe not even his mistake it didn't close out the rental. But I'll continue to use this one until it no longer is available...if you reserve a vehicle in an appropriate amt of time I guarantee ull have it I've even got free upgrades bc for some reason the size I chose wasnt available even with the early reservation, & I've never had a problem with them calling me, but ppl need to understand theres one person working checking in & out vehicles doing the walk around before & after its returned, & sometimes they need just a little understanding...but I truly hope I'm not wrong about the 1st & only issue I had today, & it was either a computer error or he just honestly thought he hit the right thing to close it out but with 2 other ppl also talking to him he was just distracted.”
