Had an SUV reserved for at least a couple weeks ahead of our departure date and on our way to pick it up day-of-travel we get a call that all that is available is an Altima, leaving us up a river without a paddle day-of-travel. Awful management at this location and a trash company as a whole. I will never use them again. Their follow up care service is just as bad as their active services. 0/10 do NOT recommend.

Had absolutely no issues with the rental car.. pick up was in wv and returned in nc.

We had to rent a vehicle when ours had to unexpectedly go in for repair. I made a quick SAME DAY reservation online for a truck (our vehicle is a truck and we would need a comparable vehicle). When I arrived, 1/2 hour after I made the reservation...the woman in the office was super nice and helpful (I wish I could remember her name!!) But they didn't have a truck or even an SUV ...I wasn't surprised as I made it online and not in advance.But she gave me what she had, looked at other enterprises in the area and even looked ahead to see if she had one coming in. She went above and beyond to help us. Even told us about a local repair shop we could trust since we were from out of the area.Made a terrible day a little brighter. THANK YOU!

The last vicheal was not cleaned at all and they don't like giving ya money back after returning it after not having it vary long

My son and I reserved a van 3 1/2 months before we needed it called the day before we were to get it said it wouldn't be available and would provide us we a different SUV but then it wasn't going to be there offered us 2 cars instead was not a happy camper ended up driving our own vehicles unless it's a have to case I will not rent off themmonths

WARNING!!! Drop your rental off during business hours! I dropped mine off after hours and there was absolutely nothing wrong with it I know that for a fact. But the next day I get a call saying there is a scratch on the fender flare which I know was not there! But 500 dollars later!

Will not answer the phone. Completely unreliable. Already have a reservation in place and cannot get ahold of the location.
