“This hotel was an accidental find but it was perfect for our stay for a weekend hunting for the Flatwoods Monster and exploring the New River Gorge. Our room has a balcony overlooking the highway and part of town with a view of the mountains. The staff were super friendly from the moment we walked in. It is the best service we've had in a very long time. Edited to add that we came back a second time since we had such a good trip the first time. Still good views! Still great customer service! Will be back!”
