I was greeted and waited on by Chad immediately when I walked through the door. He promptly took action in handling my reason for visiting, and I was back out the door in less than 5 minutes. But, this isn't the first time that Chad has taken care of myself, my husband, or my dad, with our phones/plan. Each and every time, Chad has been exceptional to work with and has made every encounter completely painless and honestly, a total breeze. He is very knowledgeable and has had zero issues with helping to answer any of our questions, or handle any phone/plan related task for us.

I stopped into this AT&T store on a whim and left absolutely enchanted. First off, there’s the redhead working there who is nothing short of magical. I believe him name is Dakota. I don’t know what kind of customer service spell he’s under, but he made the whole experience feel like a breeze. Helpful, kind, and somehow managed to explain everything in a way that actually made sense—truly a unicorn in the world of tech support.
And then there was the other young fella—looked like he was in his 20s, so imagine my surprise when he casually mentioned he was in his mid 30’s. Honestly, I still don’t believe him. Either way, he was professional, patient, and had the kind of energy that makes you want to stick around just to chat more.
They made what could have been a boring errand into an absolute highlight of my day. If you’re going to any AT&T store, go to this one. And if you’re lucky enough to catch these two guys working, trust me—you’re in great hands.

Came in very close to closing time but Hayden went above and beyond. Went over plans and options for my situation. Only wanted a quote but after Hayden’s advice and customized plan ended up becoming a very satisfied new customer.

The guys there were awesome! Walked us through all our options and even helped us change our plan to better suite our financial needs! Literally 10/10!! Great customer service and offered add-ons without pressure that I ended up purchasing, as well! Very satisfied with this Teays Valley location, the manager and my sales rep! I could go to a closer location but prefer this one!

I needed to walk out of the store with a working phone after losing mine in a very bad car accident the day before. Hayden was jumping up to help us the minute we walked in, and helped us keep our bill the same price despite adding a fourth line to the account. He worked perfectly within the store's parameters to get what we needed done in just one sitting. Also, Hayden was very kind to us and patient with me considering the car accident. I was still shaken up, but he took his time to make sure he understood my needs and took care of them.
