I am not happy with Chase at all first of all they keep putting holds on checks for no reason I haven't bounced anything on my account. Second a local department store I visit frequently gave me a refund on my debit card it's been 4 days now and the money still hasnt posted (the bank says 24 hrs to put it back in my account) and last (prob most important) I called my home bank where I opened the account I asked if the person I was talking to could answer a few questions I had (talking about the mention)and the employee who was talking to me actually said "MAje it quick ma'am we are slammed today,I understand being busy I really do but I'm a customer too and you don't have time to speak to me? Come next week when I have a day off you can bet I'm closing the account just as quick as I opened the account

Worst customer service I’ve ever received in my life. Never before have I seen a branch manager so unsympathetic to a situation in my life. Do not use this bank. The manager hangs up on you is the rudest man I’ve ever encountered and also threatens to close your account in retaliation against someone

If you read this i edited to show. First 9 rewiews are 1 and all the good reviews are over 3 to 5 years old and the one's disappear every few month. To keep rating up i guess. They don't want honesy reviews.Made appointment for 230. The excuse was it is in the web site and appointments but. You should have called. We did ca to book the appointment so they blamed Erin and a large woman came in with attitude and could not help at all. Then got mad when I told her it was her fault as she was representing the bank. And she treated to call police for me to leave. I left and all good. She was shocked as I would talk to a woman that way but she can say anything she feels because she is a woman. With a chip on her shoulder I'm sure bot her first complaint.

So they say their ATM was vandalized and they have to get a new one. It's going to take until February of 2021 to get a new one? What about the ATM that was at the Milton branch when it was closed?

Charged me $8 to cash a Chase check since I don't have an account there anymore! Things like this are why more and more Chase banks are closing here. They will continue to lose the business of current customers and not gain the business of new ones!

I opened my account a few months ago. I was very pleased with the associate I worked with, Tammy Holstein. She has been more than kind and was and is a pleasure to work with. She always has a kind word and a smile when I come in. When I opened my account I asked her if it was ok to deposit a lot of coinage as the business I am in I see a lot. She said as long as it is rolled that I could deposit as much as I like. A truck load if I needed to. I had deposited several boxes of half's and all was good until I met the manager of the Teays Valley Branch on one Saturday. He actually laughed and actually scoffed at me when I came in carrying a box of half's. His comments to me on that day were very condescending, unprofessional and completely unacceptable. Halfs are still an acceptable form of U.S currency as far as I am aware. That is not the end of his snide remarks and mistreatment. I ran into him this Saturday and he was just as rude, unprofessional and even more condescending. I made my deposit with another teller and after my transaction was complete I asked if I may have several 50 cent piece wrappers. Most banks give wrappers to costumers as a common courtesy. I had gotten some there a week ago. The teller told me that they were out and when I asked if they would be ordering more he said "eventually". This same teller had given me the answer of "we might" several weeks before. These are completely unacceptable and unprofessional answers. Yes sir Mr. Gerencir or No sir Mr. Gerencir is what I would expect to hear in a professional business. Then the manager jumped in "whom I was not dealing with at the time, and began to insult me by telling me that "they don't order items that will sit in the bank and ROT". He actually said this to me, a customer with several thousand dollars in his bank branch. This type of ridicule and unprofessional behavior is completely unacceptable. A personal apology from the bank manager in question is in order. I will try to add his name to this e-mail if I can find it. I am unable to find his name, but I am pretty sure he is the manager. I work at an engineering company for my full time employment 25 years now and if I treated a client with such disdain and disrespect, I am certain that I would no longer be employed there. Sincerely, Bill
