I had to give a star but this is the worst food I’ve ever gotten the pizza wasn’t done it doughy the cheese wasn’t even completely melted the sandwich we got was a steak sub the toppings was rotten tomatoes etc I don’t see how they are still open I have worked in restaurants and this is totally unacceptable if you call them you are literally lying and they treat you so bad this isn’t the way you do business and if Mr Craigo knew this was happening he would fire the whole restaurant team I guarantee you. He is a very upstanding man. Now his president of the company Ray needs to get this store straight or close it

I’ve been waiting to write this review for a while just in case I’ve been catching them on bad nights, but I’ve been sat wasting my gas in the drive thru for 20+ the past 5 times I’ve ordered. This place is a joke. I wait forever just to find they didn’t make half my order. Definitely done with this location.

Service was terrible. I waited in the drive Through at the window for 20min while 2 workers just walked around inside not even caring I was at the window waiting for service. I would never recommend this Gino's to anyone at all.

Went to pick up my order, only my pizza was ready and they did not even know I also ordered a cheesy breadsticks. They said "oh it is not made yet because it was not on the ticket you can pull around to the Tudors window if you would like". I was like yeah that is fine, so I pull around and wait for about 15-20 minutes for the cheesy breadsticks and I finally get it. I thank them and drive off and think to look at it and it is not even cheesy breadsticks in my box. During the whole experience, not one person apologized for the screwup and just said here you are while giving me the wrong item. I get home and my pizza is just barely warm (not hot), and I look at the ticket and the cheesy bread is on the ticket. This was my first experience at this location, and I likely will not be back. Food tasted fine though.

Went today 07/12/23 for lunch around 11:30. There was only one employee working as far as we could see, but he did an amazing job. Super fast. His customer service skills were top notch and he makes a mean pizza bread. We will definitely be returning!

We were passing through on a road trip and had some hungry kids. They were so happy with their dinner. The manager was very patient and kind; was clearly training someone new while keeping the whole thing running smoothly.Great place. Thanks so much!

We placed an order for delivery at 7:09p on line.(Hot ham & Cheese sandwich & lasagna ). After finalizing the transaction and making payment, then it tells us it will be delivered by 8:35p. Almost an hour and a half from order time. Then, about 10 minutes after delivery time, we receive a call telling us that they ran out of noodles and our lasagna would be delayed. Finally receive order around 9:30 pm. Lasagna was ok but sandwich was cold and hard. Usually love Gino’s food but was so disappointed with service tonight.

Great place for lunch and dinner. I have had most everything on their menu and can honestly say it's all good. The restaurants are clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.

I picked up a sandwich , Hot Ham and Cheese this evening. Service and sandwich was exceptional.! Enjoyed it so much. I hadn’t gotten anything from there in awhile but am looking forward to the next visit there. Keep up the good food and service. Yeah!!!

People that just don’t care. Called to place an order for pickup and the lady’s first words were “please hold”. So she set the phone down while I listened to them work, talk, and laugh for over 10 minutes before hanging up. Placed an online order and drove there. After waiting, waiting, and more waiting, the other lady says it’ll be 7 more minutes and to pull to the Tudor’s window. Wasn’t 7, it was another 25 minutes before I had to wave one of the cooks down and he came and asked for my name. He goes back to the kitchen and it was there sitting on top of the oven. I’ll stick with Hussons lol

Placed on line order Monday 9/19. Rude, incompetent employees. Overcharged me, didn’t get the order right and didn’t care. Plus cold, soggy pizza. I won’t be back but I will be lodging a complaint with the manager and corporate office tomorrow.

Terrible customer service and food. Overcharged me and when I told the rude, clueless employee, her response was, "What do you want me to do about it"? Had to wait for order, part of it missing and by the time I finally got it all (most of it, anyway) the pizza was cold and soggy. WON'T BE BACK!
