Stopped by this T Mobile store for info about switching carriers. Received fast, friendly, knowledgeable service from associate Isaiah. He went over everything I needed to know and helped me decide on the correct plan for myself and my family. Excellent service! I’ll definitely be switching!Thank you so much for great employees like Isaiah. Customer service is a big deal to me and I was not disappointed here.

Arrogant and rude staff. Spoke with the gentleman with tattoos, and was treated poorly and unenthusiastically. He didn't seem very interested in selling to us. Was largely unhelpful and misinformed. We've been customers of t-mobile for nearly 15 years now. Gross behavior.

My phone finally stopped working properly and I needed a new one quickly especially because I was out of town. I found this new T Mobile in Scott Depot and luckily got helped by Bethany. She made the experience easy, quick, and efficient… best phone experience I have ever had by far!

I switched from Verizon to T-Mobile to reduce my cell phone bill. I was to receive enough of a credit from my phones and new customer credit to receive two new phones at little cost. The person that processed the transaction applied that trade in fee to the in store purchases like accessories and activation fees which I made clear that I would pay out of pocket if necessary. Because the credits were applied to one time fees and not the new phones, my cell phone bill is the same as it was at Verizon. When I inquired about it, I was told it will take a few billing cycles for the fees to fall off. Four months later when I looked into it again, they told me what happened and said there was nothing they could do. I don’t recommend this T-Mobile store to anyone and will switch away from T-Mobile due to this experience. I do want to add the store manager was apologetic and helpful in determining what the issue was, but ultimately I am still upset about how my bill was misrepresented at my original transaction.

Absolutely ridiculous employee named Kayla told me 4 different prices 1 phone I had asked how much altogether it would be 47$ for both is what I got….then said 133$ and then 151$ then 198$ rude as could be I’m just trying to find a better deal no need to be rude this store always has the worst people if they don’t want to be in customer service then they should choose another job this one isn’t for them. I’ll stick with AT&T than switch over, at least their nice and welcoming.

One of the best stores in valley if you are a T-Mobile customer and need service or are looking to switch to T-Mobile! Very knowledgeable and experienced staff, no complaints.

I cannot say too much about the excellent service we received! We brought our phones from New Zealand and even though they were unlocked, AT&T and Straight Talk we're claiming that our phones were incompatible and they tried hard to sell us new phones. On the other hand, the Dani, T-Mobile customer is service rep, installed new SIMS into our phones and had us up and running in short order. The T-Mobile service is also less expensive and has better benefits than Straight Talk and AT&T.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. DO NOT GO HERE. 2 younger females working I bought a brand new pixel 6 pro from them. They said they can't get it activated even knowing I just bought it from them... They said it may take 30 days to activate which makes absolutely no sense. They obviously didn't want to activate it because they weren't making anything from it. Went to the hurricane store and they had it activated in less than 10 minutes. No one ever go here. You just get lied to. Posting this on my new Pixel 6 pro I finally got activated by going to the hurricane store. What a joke.
