“Had an issue with our hatch latch not working while we were out of town and the Nissan dealership there said they couldn’t fix it - so we traveled our 20 hours home with a broken latch. Took our car to Straub Nissan and it was fixed within 30 minutes. Also love a dealership that does a complimentary car wash. I will gladly drive the hour to Straub for my service from now on!
