I’m very upset I got a brand new car and it’s leaking oil they said I have to wait until Tuesday to bring it never even offered me a car to use I told them I had to go out of town for the weekend they didn’t even care I had no vehicle

Do not go to this place. I took my wife's car their to get an oil change done, and they forgot to put the oil cap back on. I took it back to them, and the manager acted like it was my fault that the oil cap wasn't on. Now I'm trying to do another oil change because it is now time for it, and they tightened it up so much that I can't break the drain plug loose, and it's stripping. So now we r going to have to have that fixed. I will never buy a car from them or let them work on any of my vehicles. I think it is that they saw a disabled man and decided to take advantage of him.

Yet again I find myself unhappy with my experience with the service department. I dropped my car off Tuesday night for 8am Wednesday appt. At 8:10a Chris calls me to ask me a question and says he thinks its thermostat. He said he was going to test it, call my warranty company and call me back. I said how long are you going to my car: He said “if i have the part its a quick fix, if not I can have part by the afternoon and you should still be in your car today”. Well guess what Chris never called yesterday. I call this morning, cant talk to any one but the secretary who says he said “waiting on call from warranty company” my husband calls, still cant get Chris on the phone. My husband asks for a manager at 1pm , Still get no one. Again, here i am no car, driving a diesel truck 80 miles a day for work, leaving my husband with no transportation for my children. And having to cancel his plans to take the kids to the lake for a few days. Then to top it off i had to pay $500 out of pocket because my warranty would “only pay$750” i look at bill yes i see why the warranty only paid $750 because you charges me $900 for LABOR! The part was $238. When we finally got a call back it was at 4p and said it would be done in an hour, so apparently you charge $900/hr for labor bc it was in fact done in an hour! This is the second time i have been screwed there and will not ever be back! Id give 0 stars but obviously thats not an option

Service appoint for 10:00AM. My truck doesn’t move from where I parked it until 11:30AM. Why take appointments if you’re going to make customers wait an hour and a half plus after their appointment time. This place is terrible! Booking appointments online is horrendous, and now waiting over two hours for an oil change and tire rotation is unacceptable. Find another place to have your vehicle serviced, I know I am.

I generally trust the dealerships with my oil changes so I took my 2021 Chevorlet Silverado 3500 High Country to Triadelphia and had my oil changed but I won’t make that mistake again. After 2 trips to Morgantown I decided to check my oil like I do on a regular basis and found that it was almost 3 quarts low. After further inspection I found that the oil filter was loose. I took it off and found the o-ring damaged so I replaced it myself.
Now this is the first time this has happened and sadly it was the first time I took my truck to this dealership particular dealership. I would usually do my own oil changes but until my warranty expires I always take it to the dealership so there’s a record of my maintenance. I was thinking about trading it in on a new 2025 3500 high country but if I do I believe I will go to the dealership in Flatwoods (Midstate Chevorlet) which is where I purchased this truck and also had all my regular maintenance done until now.
Sorry for the bad review but with the cost of everything nowadays I can’t afford mistakes like this.

I came in for regular maintenance - an oil and filter change and tire rotation. The service was impeccable as always! Courteous, fast and friendly.

Installed the trailer hitch but did not have the bezel that trims the hitch. They said it would take another week to get it but was not supplied with any details like was it included or is it going to cost more for it and it they were going to notify me when it arrives.

Scheduled appointment for one of our company trucks to get transmission looked at. Dropped off truck at requested time and location. Was told the next day that the transmission guy is on vacation and might be back next week. There must be a transmission seminar somewhere. All three local Chevy dealerships transmission guys are on vacation at the same time. Who would of thought it?

My boyfriend and I were in search of a work car because he was putting too many miles on his truck. After spending a lot of time looking online without any luck, we decided to stop by this dealership on our way to Pittsburgh. To our surprise, we found a car that was absolutely perfect for his needs.
The sales guy and the manager were incredibly professional and didn't pressure us to buy at all. The entire experience was smooth and pleasant. We are very happy with our purchase and would highly recommend this dealership!
