had a engine light on. Brought it to robinson cause i bought it there. they charged me 147.00 dollars to tell me i have a cracked flex pipe .outragous. The pipe only cost ninety dollars found out its the sensor not the pipe. only friendly person there was the check out lady. i think i will buy my next car somewhere else. what a rip off

The amount of money I was charged for an oil change is ridiculous!! 160$ your kidding me 5qts of Mobile one syn should never cost 100$ , I could have bought my own at Walmart for 30$ and gave it to them to put in!!! Never going back again ?

I was treated with courtesy and respect. My salesperson, Caleb, was professional and kept me informed on the progress of my loan. Chuck in finance explained everything and answered any questions that I had. I would definitely buy from Bob Robinson Chevrolet-Buick-GMC again!

I have wheel locks. When I was ready to leave, I asked the service agent for my tool and he said that it was "in my vehicle." I looked for it before I left and couldn't find it. I returned to the service desk and inquired again. This time he found that the mechanic still had it. If I didn't discover the error before I left the dealership, I'm not sure how much grief there would be the next time I needed to remove a wheel.

Very friendly staff. No pressuring into buying a vehicle. Went over the vehicles very thoroughly. Showed the difference between the vehicles that we looked at and helped us with the better option vehicle for what our family needs.

The service was quick and thorough!Price was reasonable!When I bought my leased truck, Cory Beaver was great! He was knowledgeable, professional, honest and made sure I was aware of my options! He also looked out for my welfare. I felt comfortable working with Cory. I will definitely see him about any further vehicle needs!

I’ve only dealt with the Service Department at Bob Robinson, and every single time it’s nothing but a excellent experience. The way they treat their customers, the way they execute their duties, to a comfortable atmosphere. My next vehicle purchase will undoubtedly be from this company and group of fine individuals.

TL;DR - Very professional and helpful folks at this dealership!My wife and I were recently shopping for a Chevy Traverse that was proving to be a "unicorn" to find and Bob Robinson Chevrolet-Buick-GMC was showing as a dealership that had this particular vehicle in transit. We live as far northeast as you can go in Ohio so this was going to mean an almost 3 hour drive for us - That's how serious we were with this vehicle. I talked with Rob Palumbo a few times and he was super helpful in trying to get information on the vehicle and respected how desperate we were to get this vehicle. We discovered that the vehicle was actually on order with a customer waiting for it. In the end, we were not able to get the sale at Bob Robinson but we're able to find a dealer only 20 minutes further that had what we were looking for, so it all worked out. But I do want to thank Rob for great service!

Service department is crooked. Took two days to replace a bad sensor, which I deemed should have been covered by extended warranty. Next day check engine light came on. Scheduled another appointment. They say it threw a code unrelated to what they had done. They reset code and charged another $150 diagnostic fee.

I came in and wanted to purchase a particular truck. Called ahead and scheduled with Scott. When I arrived, he greeted me and had the truck pulled up to look at. On-line sign up for services was easy and convenient. I received a text reminder which was nice. I was greeted by a friendly service advisor and I sat in the lounge while my car was serviced. Service manager, Steve Quickel stopped by to say hello to me and the others waiting for our cars. All of our cars were serviced quickly. The invoice is easy to understand. I’ve purchased cars and had them serviced at Robinson for more than 25 years. I recommend them to friends.

Pretty typical service dept. Very abrasive if you question any work or repair orders. Service staff explain things improperly, try to say components function differently then what they do or failures occur differently then what facts present. They tallk down to customers. I'm a certified technician through audi and porsche aswell as several motorcycle and powersports manufacturers. They told me my experience / knowledge doesn't apply to GM or Chevy products. Apparently GM has some very world changing proprietary internal combustion technology that no other manufacturer comes close to in terms of functionality. Which makes sense given the chevy commercials where customers think they are looking at a bmw, or audi vehicle instead of a chevy.
