Good experience so far. Haven't had any issues. Had to trade my ps4 in and get another with a warranty. it was pretty straightforward.

Went in today to ask multiple questions about a system i knew nothing about and even if it worked. The manager not only took the time to plug in my system but also do a routine of things to assure the games i was purchasing would work with it. Absolutely outstanding!

Games top needs change their hours in this app because I got to the store 2 hours early because Google said they opened at 10am but they open at noon.

Do not buy a warranty here if you do and you need to use it they just act like the can't find the account even though you have to have a sticker proving the warranty and everything

Gotta love GameStop. They have amazing game selection always. They also have great toys, and all kinds of just random things from T-shirts, to socks, to backpacks, and other cool random stuff.

The worse Game Stop I have been in. The gentleman was rude to everyone who walked in the door, dry with everyone and was like he didn't want to help no one. Couldn't answer questions anyone asked. I know people have bad days but in customer service you have to be respectful.
