The call directory is the worst I’ve ever had to witness. The store’s number says that it’s creating high call volume and to call back later, I live 4 minutes from there and I drove to see if it was packed. Walked in and there wasn’t a single person on the phone and the store wasn’t even packed at all with the covid stuff happening. And when I asked to see a manager I was very rudely spoken to. As a 18 year old I might not get taken seriously, but I am an adult with money paying for a service and deserve the respect of anyone else. 1/10 on everything won’t be seeing me or anyone that I have shared this story with shopping or getting any services provided by geek squad or Best Buy.

I have been there multiple times. Bad wait times. They are usually unable to fix the problems, and never do so without charging exorbitant extra fees, despite my having bought into their "service plans". You are better off going elsewhere or finding help on the internet.
