Walk in. Signed in and waited about 10 minutes just to see a guy walk in and about 5 minutes then he was called for his hair cut. I'm still waiting. Another guy walks in and waits about 6-7 minutes then he gets called for his hair cut. I'm waiting for about another 3 minutes then another guy walks in and sure enough, he gets called back so I told those 3 girls I'm not waiting any longer and I won't be back.
I waited 20-25 minutes for a haircut, watching everyone walk in and get a haircut while I'm waiting. I've never seen such disrespect from a business. I wonder if there's a civil rights violation here?
UPDATED REVIEW:
went back to Great Clips the other day but instead of walking in then signing in, I signed in online, got there 10 minutes later was in the seat within 5 minutes. So to everyone who doesn't already know, you must sign in on your home computer or smart phone then arrive within 30 minutes to avoid the wait. And the hair stylist was so awesome, I gave her a nice tip.

I always go to Great clips. No matter which one I go to I am in their computer on exactly how I want it cut. The girls always do a nice job.

My hair is naturally very curly and coarse, so going to a high end stylist often is pricey; great clips solves that exceptionally well. Every two months or so I will go by to have my hair trimmed to a manageable state and they've never let me down.

Been using this location for a few years now and have always been happy. Good haircut for a fair price. Amanda does a great job!

Received the worst haircut of my life at this location today. Got a simple fade and the older lady that has hard time walking could not even come close to a fade and left a bunch of hair uncut as well. I left the Washington pa location due to same issue. My dog could’ve done a better job. The name is false advertisement. Should be called horrible clips. Won’t be back to any of their locations again. And don’t even think about commenting to try and satisfy me. I have to shave my head now.
Hair type: Basic zero guard to fade scissor on top. Easy peasy but the old withered lady can not do that. Didn’t even clean trimmers in between clients

Checked in with no wait and walked right in and took a seat. Was fairly fast and hair looks pretty good.

The worst place I’ve ever had a haircut. I have tried to get a haircut here several times but the results are always terrible.

Got sides shaved and curls for a style. Excellent job done by Amanda. Got exactly what I wanted /asked for. If looking for a new drastic style, this is the place!
