“I bought yellow diamond earrings from them as a gift for Christmas. Shortly after, one of the earrings broke and fell out, causing us to lose the stud. I called about the loss and was directed to mail in the remaining jewelry. They were able to order in a new pair and make the other stud into a pendant. My girlfriend was extremely happy and I am so pleased with their customer service and staff's professionalism.”

“Well started off needing my ring off my finger. I was in a bit of a situation and the ladies came through.? They sprayed my finger down with Windex and shazam!! My ring came off with little discomfort. Then while she was cleaning my ring, my hubby picked out another ring for me. He did well and needless to say I walked out with a new one! Lol. So grateful for their compassion and knowledge to assist me and their kindness for helping be get my new ring. It is beautiful. Still have to get it sized but waiting till my finger heals a little more. Thank you ladies so much. Would recommend ???”
