I'm sorry but I think it's insane that during peak showtime hours they don't have someone at the box office instead of the concession stand to deal with tickets. I shouldn't have to wait for 25 minutes behind a bunch of families deciding what size popcorn to get for Lilo and Stitch, just to have my ticket scanned to get into a different movie because the only person scanning tickets in the whole building is also working the concession. Surely splitting the lines would be more efficient? Keep everything at the concession to one transaction and just let them focus on that? I can't even tell you the last time I saw someone working at the box office here.

Decent screens, normal concessions. Service was ok, but had to repeat and correct cashier multiple times. Nice experience overall though.

We visited the Marquee Theater in Triadelphia, WV on 7/15/25 for the 6:20 pm Jurassic Park movie and, unfortunately, had the most disappointing experience I've ever had at a movie theater. Throughout the film, multiple guests were carrying on full-volume conversations—far from a whisper—and children were just as loud, with no effort from accompanying adults to manage the noise.
What was especially concerning was the complete absence of staff intervention. At no point did an usher or employee enter to monitor the auditorium. We even witnessed another group leave the theater midway through due to the disruption. My party had to change seats in an attempt to hear and enjoy the film, which only slightly improved the situation.
It's disheartening to pay for a movie and be unable to enjoy it due to a lack of enforcement of basic theater etiquette. When patrons treat the space like their living room and staff are nowhere to be found, the experience is completely diminished. Regrettably, I won’t be returning.

Sad that we lost St.C to this. Now, it's just a monopoly with kinda bad customer service, $6 drinks, and the ambiance of an old circus. Seats are rather loud, and pretty uncomfortable. Also, my theatre door didn't even open all the way, and got lodged into the tile. Imagine if there was an emergency, and the door didn't open.

This used to be a great place to see a movie. Always clean and well maintained. Now it’s showing its age and the equipment is poorly maintained. Past few trips there (all in different theaters) had very dim projectors that ruined the movies. Totally ruined the movie theater experience. I’d rather watch it at home now. Sad.

Visited this theater on a Saturday afternoon and was pleasantly surprised. It wasn’t crowded, which made for a relaxed experience. The seats were very comfortable, and the ticket prices were fair—great value overall. Will definitely consider coming back for future movie nights!
