My husband and I went into the store already knowing what we wanted to look at. Marius directed us to what we were interested in and thoroughly explained the mattress features to us. He also showed us the other mattresses in the line we were looking at so that we knew our options and price differences. There was no pressure to buy, just a desire to give us the information we were asking for. Ultimately, we purchased our new mattress and are happy with our experience at the Wheeling Mattress Firm store.
