They have EVERYTHING! It's like lowes and walmart had a baby! There are also a lot of associates on the sales floor. I didn't have to wander the entire store to find help, only a couple of aisles; and that was in 2 different departments!

Lots of selection and good prices. Takes awhile to get someone to help you. I do like that it says how many of an item are in stock online. Will shop again. They have lots of stuff you won’t find at Lowe’s.

I purchased fence panels at a good price for a project at the company I work for and had one of our drivers pick the items up, but when it came time to pick the items up it didn't go so smoothly. I bought all item at the same time, but unfortunately it seems they were under different order number or something because every time I had a driver stop by, they would only give him one item, or tell him there is nothing available. After 4 trips and multiple phone calls, I received the items after about 4 weeks. Now as far as the rebates, I understand they are store credits which is fine, but getting the rebates are a joke. Ask yourself this, why do they not just give you the 11% when you buy something instead of sending in for the rebate. They know most people will forget to send in for them, or in my case not have the original receipt and without that you don't get nothing even if you print off the receipt online where I placed the order.

Noise level is not bad at all, when your busy you can expect alittle noise but when you are a outstanding store you can expect it

Bought flooring in April from Menards. Got information from Menards as to what contractors were available. The contractor did a horrible job. A lot of materials were wasted. I only used the contractor because Menards provided the name. I went in today to report what happened. I’d been sick or I’d have reported it sooner. The manager showed a little sympathy but was clear to point out there was nothing they could do. I offered to provide documentation as to what the contractor did. The manager did not seem interested. So Menards provided the contractor’s name (implying endorsement) but makes no effort to address any problem the contractor caused and showed little interest in removing the contractor’s name from circulation in their list of contractors (so everyone will continue to get this worthless information). So now I have to deal with the contractor to get this issue addressed or possibly take him to small claims court. This is a huge problem I now have to deal with simply because I shopped at Menards and trusted the information I was given. I won’t shop there again. Why would anyone? Find your own contractor. Menards has no idea what they’re doing. It’s been two weeks. No call from Menards. Do not trust any contractors that Menards recommends. Their information is worthless.

My Aunt, Uncle, and Grandma visited the Triadelphia, Wv location my aunt had her service dog with her and they refused to let her come in the store. They said they didn't care if it was a service dog that she couldn't come in with her service animal they discriminated again her so with that being said I have never been to your store and will never step foot into the store since they want to discriminate again people who have service animals and people who are disabled.

So far I've only been there once from that experience the staff was very friendly and helpful the store is huge I'm pretty sure that they have just about anything at all that you can think of there.

250,000 square feet of fun. I found Menards while visiting family in Indiana years ago, and I'm holding out hope that they open a store near me (I occasionally drive to my nearest Menards 55 miles away). The orange and blue building supplies stores on steroids! Great prices and selection!

Sales people promise to get items from storage area but never do. If you have online issues there is no help. The employees are rude on the phone and the manager is even more rude. He should at least cover the phone mhen making comments about customers. I will not shop there. Ive attempted 3 large purchases with them all were utter failures and they do not care.
