A word of caution. I took my Honda Accord to have a heat shield replaced a number of years ago just 29 days after having major (120,000) service. Upon doing so I received a phone call that my oil was dirty and I needed it changed: a mere 700 miles/29 days after it had be done by Straub. It would seem that 1) either it was not done as promised at 120,000 miles or 2) we have a bit of a racquet here. I don't believe I will use Straub's in the future. Buyer beware.

Make sure if you visit Straub Honda you ask for Michael Staskey! He is without a doubt, the most knowledgeable, patient, hard working car salesman that we have purchased a vehicle. He also took an immeasurable amount of time delivering the car to us. He explained all the ins and outs and made sure we left informed and excited to drive our new car. We were so impressed by him and his work ethic, we bought two new cars from Michael!

Kudos to our salesman, Derek M! He told us he had only been at Straub Honda for a week but you wouldn't guess that from his professionalism and attitude. He was very knowledgable and made sure we bought the right vehicle suited for us.

Would never buy a car here have a 3yr 36000 mile deal bought that is a biggest joke that a person can be talked into that is to start.The guy Cody in the repair place will give ya a run around and waste your time and not act like he wants to deal with that coverage off the start tells me the over heating deal was a radiator and needs this that this and the warranty company won't pay for it there for I call they said yes we will cover that and the sway bar end links then he says I will call when I have time not on your time while the cars at the shop.Then sends me on my way says will call when I hear back from them 7 days or better goes along nothing back I call back Cody did ya call sir no sir no time yet wtf right car has a chance to blow up and your not helping me do your job.This Cody guy in that shop needs help and delt with.So had the couple things fixed a local shop that the guy had the warranty company cover and fix plus wasn't told that the fans either one was working then didn't that needed new ones now the car still over heats and if it's the head gasket it's on me not Cody or his shop because they didn't want to help me from the get go will let people now all over the place local and distance to not deal here I don't like lied and taken advantage of paid ya guys good money for a car and bought the extra plan to protect my self your sales guy lied to me said was bumper to bumper will get the papers in the mail nope never did lied again.So if anyone wants to buy a car from this place watch your azz because it will hurt as bad as mine did and I will never send no one there sent 3 people there after I bought a car and they did also will never do so again this car has been a true lemon from day one tranny acts up hear hub noise have break problems not even 24 hrs I had and took back and back and back no one wanted to her Joey in sales said I will make sure fixed nope he lied also this company is a joke watch out for them they are back stabbing place to deal with dont buy a car here

Had a wonderful experience leasing a 2020 CRV EX-L. Michael Staskey was outstanding and extremely detail oriented when first showing me the car and also going over everything on delivery day. Michael is a huge asset to Straub Honda.

We bought a newer used Honda. Our Salesman Travis was friendly & they were willing to work with us on an agreeable price to purchase the car. This is our second purchase from Straub’s. Our daughter bought a new car there 3 years ago. We were so highly satisfied with their prices & service we chose to look there for a newer used car. 5

I've been a loyal customer for a few years now. oil changes n tire rotation,inspections! I'll never go back. The last oil change n Tire rotation was bad. They didn't tighten down the lug nuts n forgot to put one on. I could hear the thumping... making a long story short..I had my 85 year old mum w me. it started getting louder n louder. I don't know why but I pulled over n found the lug nuts loose n one gone! They forgot to put on or it came loose from not being tightened down. I called the owner yesterday n the SOB laughed at me n ask what do you want me to do about it!! Buyer BEWARE!

This review is strictly for the service. I went in to do a full steering/wheel alignment in Jan 2019, and now my 2016 Civic Touring pulls to the right, and it's still not fixed. After 1 appt with another dealership (Rohrich Honda in Pittsburgh), their first set of fixes to the car have confirmed my distrust for Straub Honda services. I originally wanted to do a full tire realignment on my car, because we're recommended to do this every year. After the first appointment, the car felt good (handling fine, etc.), except for the fact that I had to tilt my car 35 degrees to the left since the car kept pulling to the right. I came back in Feb 2019 for free, and they said nothing was wrong, but I insisted the problem wasn't fixed. I had Rohrich Honda in Pittsburgh semi-fix the problem, which was due to the rear tire toe/cambre adjustment being loose. So now instead of tilting my steering wheel to the left 35 degrees, I'm now tilting my steering wheel to the left at 15 degrees after the Rohrich Honda appt (problem only happens at high speeds now). That's an improvement but Rohrich acknowledged there was still an issue with the car and will happily take the car back later this year. Even after all this information, Straub won't refund me, despite the fact I asked for a refund multiple times in April-June. We've had other issues with this specific dealership with other cars. I don't recommend them at all for service (broken gear change thingy on a 2018 CRV, can't fix a simple wheel bearing issue on an older Honda Pilot, the list goes on and on). We've had much more pleasant experiences with sales, who are pleasant.

if I could give this business -5 stars I would. they have managed to successfully screw up every aspect of the sales process which resulted in FOUR separate trips (45 minute drive each way) to fix what they messed up. be sure to check the dates your contracts...
