The newer pharmist and the girl with the blonde hair her name is Courtney is very rude and inconsiderate! I went in after surgery to pick up only the medication I could afford after my surgery and they gave me nothing but problem! Just saying I did talk to management because that's not how you treat people. Plus they were mad I was only getting the medicine I could afford at the time.i will not be going here again until something is done about these two employees or they are gone! Plus she yelled at another elderly lady when we were waiting on what was going on with my medicine. Very rude people! The only nice person working there at the time is a young man named Zachary! Keep up the good work the others you need some work!!

My wife was in there Monday after my wife got out of surgery we then went from Pittsburgh to triadelhpia to get her prescriptions. We get there and her insurance won't cover some medications and these ones she got prescribed was too much for how much we had. She called the doctor because the pharmsist said her medication was red flagged and he had to talk to her doctor. We sat there for a little while my wife was still on the phone upset talking on the phone not to the pharmacy staff but telling the nurse they are going her a hard time at the pharmacy he then yelled at my wifeand said I just won't fill your prescriptions and she wasn't even talking to him. They are very rude here and don't do Hippa right either

Tried to get our booster vaccines, and we were late. We drove an hour to get there because they had same day availability, and my husband and I both scheduled ourselves for the latest slot of the day (6pm). Got turned away. Got turned away in a county with a 13.1% COVID-19 vaccination rate, no one in line, and over a half hour left until closing. (They said they were closing in 20 minutes, but according to atomic clock time, they were incorrect.) Three minutes later, I walked by and a teenage girl was being vaccinated for something. That stung. One would hope healthcare workers would be more eager to stop the spread of a virus that is overtaxing other healthcare workers and filling hospitals past capacity. It was their discretion whether or not they could still accommodate us, and they chose not to for reasons we still don’t understand.

Our Walmart is great except for the pharmacy. Employee's treated me poorly and violated HIPPA by telling other people the medications that I was on also kinda slow just being honest here folks.

I visited the Tridelphia WV location on 7/5at 6:00. Not realizing they had closed ( I didn’t see a closed sign; I may have missed it) the Assistant came over already with a look on her face I told her what I needed and she got an attitude sighed and asked the tech behind the desk for the till with an attitude. I asked if they were closed and she said, again in a irritation “it is 6:00” I explained I would come back I did t realize it was that late. So needless to say the very unprofessional attitude continues. The pharmacist and techs stood by with out stepping in and NONE of them apologized for her rudeness. I exclaimed I would not come back to Thisbe pharmacy that I was getting an attitude and walked away. They need to reasses their staff and send them to customer service classes. I work with the public also and understand the frustration but I also greet every one no matter what time it is, with a smile on my face and a kind demeanor!! Keep in mind everyone has something going on in their lives and an attitude can be very upsetting!!!!

I went to this pharmacy and was standing in line. The tech finished up with the people in front of me and then proceeded to shut the window... as he was doing this he asked if I need help. Yes, yes I need help... he then told me he would be happy to help me after his lunch, the pharmacy was closed.

I've recently moved...that means insurance changes and updates and a huge mess apparently...I chose to move pharmacies here to Wal-Mart as it's close to home and we are at Wal-Mart constantly!! For 2 days the pharmacist and Brianna diligently worked to get all my scripts to go through and stop being denied...2 days people 2 days!!! 20 plus calls back and forth between she and I and that is NOT counting all the calls she made to my insurance carriers!!! A HUGE THANK YOU TO BRIANNA AND THE PHARMACISTS AT WAL-MART!!!!!!!!!!!

People working at this location are terrific. I prefer this pharmacy to the others. They are friendly, helpful, not crowded like a lot of other pharmacies. Never had a problem, in fact, they go out of their way to be helpful with suggestions, solutions and filling my scripts. When I saw that one star rating, I thought, wait a minute, these people are great. This is my experience with them.( I've never used the drive through. )

My brother went in to buy groceries including a pack of Mike's Hard and a bottle of wine. He was accompanied by my younger brother who is 14. When he got to the checkout they asked to card both brothers, and because my youngest brother is underage, they refused to allow him to buy alcohol. My older brother took the younger one back and then returned to finish his purchase, after letting him stand in line for 20 minutes, they refused to serve him AT ALLl, and wouldn't even let him buy the AA batteries he had forgotten before. When he calmly asked to speak to the manager about the policy, they had security called and escorted him out of the store. THIS TWO PARTY ALCOHOL POLICY IS NOT A LAW IN WEST VIRGINIA AND IS NOT EVEN A COMPANY WIDE POLICY. 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

The lady that was working the drive through was extremely rude. I almost feel as if she was judging us from the medication that was getting filled. We left for 30 minutes because that's how long she said it would take. When we got there she took another 30 minutes with no updates on to why it was taking this long. I'll be taking my medicine somewhere else to get filled and I advise you to do the same.
