Rue Kirby is the best associate up there in my opinion. He goes above and beyond for his customers. Helped me with a difficult WiFi issue and an app issue. If you go into the store make sure to see him. ?

As a recent customer to the store I would like to say how wonderful our experience was with rep. Tom Curtain. He listened to our concerns, helped us review our xfinity acccount and suggested what plans would be best for us with the purchase of new phones. Very personal and professional. Tom Curtain is a total asset to your establishment.

I went in yesterday because I'll be moving soon and wanted to get everything ready to be transferred to my new address next week. Unfortunately when I got home yesterday my internet had already been disconnected. Mistakes happen. I went back today to see about getting it turned back on and The employee named Rue who "assisted" me was extremely rude and not helpful at all. He took 2 minutes to determine "things looked good on their end" so he told me I need to call the 1-800 number. (Anyone who has dealt with Comcast knows the 1-800 number is an abysmal maze where you could spend 2 hours just trying to speak to a human) So I tried to explain what exactly was going on and he didn't want to hear it. Just kept repeating that there's a 1-800 number to call. I drove to the store thinking if I talk to a human they would TRY to help but Rue had about 5 minutes to give me before he just walked away from the table. Didn't get a manager to see what could be done, didn't offer to send a technician. Just told me to call the service number. And remember- I had internet before I walked into the store yesterday, it was their mistake they refused to try and fix.

Nathaniel helped me today with starting a phone plan and he was excellent! He was so helpful and understanding when there was a mixup with an old provider. He deserves a raise!??

Thieves, charged me $90.65 after I closed my account. No bill, no statement. I had to fight for it. They cleaned out my bank account and told me I have to wait up to 10 days to get it back

There workers are very unprofessional they came too my girlfriend apartment they said they were there too preinstalled even though there were cable lines there they moved her stuff and didnt put it back they left there mess i wont get this service had it for 5 years they raise your rates so high you'll be paying just for cable and paying an extra $50 every year

As my husband and I entered the store we were greeted by a gentleman handing us a new remote before we could even say what we needed. He saw us coming with our old remote and knew what we needed. We were literally in and out in seconds, thank you Nathaniel for your great customer service!!

My parents and I switched from AT&T to Xfinity Mobile and our girl Amber was so helpful along the way! She helped us port our numbers, and also helped us speak to AT&T support to get our phones unlocked! I would highly recommend this store. And if you’re switching to Xfinity Mobile, as for Amber because she’s the best!

Came Sunday at 12:10pm at open 2-19-21 big red head guy did nothing to help me. Just wanted me out of store asap. Was trying to buy a $1200 cell phone and her turned around walking out in less than 2 min!! You must do btr!! I'm about to cancel my whole acct including TV, internet and cell phones. Been a customer for about a decade!!! Sad

Is there a way of giving NO stars. Xfinity is the Worst. I was promised 200.00 gift cards and 10.00 off my home internet service if I brought my phones to Xfinity mobile. Now after hours on phone with people I can barely understand, I’m told I won’t be getting the incentives. Their customer service is unbelievably bad and the worst part is .. they don’t care because they have a monopoly on internet service in many parts of country. Glad to say I ran back to Consumer Cellular. Never a problem and when you call you actually get a person to talk to.

Good, calm staff, but horrible company and policies. My phone stopped working, stopped by the store for a new one, but they won't talk to me since I'm not a manager. After several phone calls and hours spent on the phone, I was supposed to be listed as a manager, I was not. There are several ways for them to verify it, but they refuse to do it. They won't send an email or even call my wife's phone. Never had this kind of problem with Verizon or AT&T.

My husband and I were there and were helped by Dylan. He was amazing and answered all our questions. He was very patient and knowledgeable. I just wish I could contact his manager directly to tell him how good Dylan was to us.
