My partner just went to the store and tried to adjust an order, and the manager get him a hard time, called my partner a liar, and refused his adjustment. They won't be getting any business from us ever again. It was a simple adjustment, there was no need for the manager to treat my partner so poorly!

Instead of new furniture as advertised, we received used or damaged furniture/appliances. The dryer has a dent in the top of it. To add to that, the bed is either broken or intentionally damaged to require us to pay more.The bed itself is designed to hold a mattress and box spring WITHOUT a separate metal frame. As you can see in the picture the bed has been damaged or modified. Either way it cost us (the customer) more to use it.I asked for a new set of furniture, as advertised. I will update this review when the resolution is finalized.Update: no one offered to replace bed. I requested them to pick up the busted one. They refused to schedule the pick up for when we are home from work (430pm). The manager actually said “we operate from 8a-5p” and still refused. What kind of logic it that? Its the logic of someone who looks down on others.They proclaim biblical businesses practices but that just isn’t true. They are deceitful and dishonest.

General Manager Joe, so he claims he is, keeps calling me harassing me over me being a reference to someone not paying their bill. He told me that "he can legally harass me as much as he wants". Legally no he can not especially if im not the one labeled on the lease. Whats more disturbing is he is still employed there and is rude and disrespectful to EVERYONE! Im going to take this up as high as i can with Aaron's as i possibly can!

The general manager Joe, is NOT a pleasant person.It’s started when I purchased a couch from them. When the couch was delivered, it was damaged. Before it even came into my home. Aarons stated they would be replacing it. The couch I purchased was not put back into stock, so it was swapped for a different one(I paid the difference). Joe started being nasty around then. Getting impatient over the phone and being short and clearly showing his irritation. Move forward to a tv stand. Also came damaged. After about 3 months of back and forth answers, it was discounted. At first it was explained to me that it was discounted on monthly payments(I pay off within the 120 days) and that this would not affect the total price. And to please call back next week. No big deal. When I called back, Joe answered, showing clear irritation again, and stated his employee was a liar(exact words) and that if the monthly price is changed, then obviously the total price would be also. (Payoff prices are ALWAYS different before the 120 is up) he then hung up.Now. Let’s flash forward to my ps5. I purchased this and paid off in January. Before payoff, the ps5 would not turn on one day. When i took in, it was Joe who was there and was nasty again. Was clearly irritated to have to “deal with anything” stated that it was our fault, and we were putting the disk in upside down. No. We weren’t. The disk had been in there the entire day prior. And was being played. The other employee even stated he was wrong. A different power cord was given to me to try. And the ps5 came on. Forward 2 more weeks. It happens again. When I call I was still in warranty. So the ps5 was sent off for repair. I called 2 weeks after dropping the ps5 off for an update. Joe answered and was very nasty. Stating it was literally just sent out. He will call when it’s done. I work out of town sometimes and never have much service with the traveling. I feel it’s ok to make a quick call about an update for when I’m passing back through. 4 weeks after it was sent off, it finally came back stating that it was dirty and unkept. When I brought this ps5 in, the employees even stated that no burning smell came from it. And it was very clean(I build computers so I baby my electronics) so it was obvious that the repair was not found or done. When they plugged in the PlayStation, low and behold IT DOESNT TURN ON. Joe said oh well. Guess we’re sending it back out. When I asked him what can be done if it comes back with the same results and if it can be noted that dust is not the issue. I was told getting smart about it isn’t going to do a thing to help. I wasn’t getting smart. I was asking a question.I have never been nasty to Joe. Not once. In the beginning he was working with me. The damaged items were not my fault. And I do believe he understood this.Still no clue if my item will be repaired or not. And no communication from any other managers.

Spoke to the General Manager today at the Vienna WV store about my online order and got cussed out instead and disrespected saying “That it is HIS store and he doesn’t have to keep me as a customer” They flip things on the customer now, not everyone is a “Karen” They want my money but I am two weeks into NOT getting the product and told “Don’t know when it will come, but start paying” I have a car payment but have the car too, so that makes sense! Can’t pay for something you don’t have or know don’t know when it will come! This is a franchise, and was educated that gives them POWER to do what they want! Losing customers because of power seems like terrible business! Had to really work hard on getting his managers name! Hung up on me then cancelled my order! I never got my questions answered about WHEN the product would come just that they wanted my money or else! DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT order with these people! I have never done a review in my life until today! Such bad business ethics! My store, my this or that, dude, trying to get a washer and dryer! Lol Feel bad for his employees! People who know me know I am a nice person! I will gladly give my money to anyone else!

The manager Joseph at this Aaron's called my husband after we canceled a stove and screamed at him that he had to buy it. He then threatened him with the sheriff! We had never even signed a contract! There was NO reason for him to yell at us or to threaten us! I wouldn't trust this man with anything and he has definitely made it so we will have to rethink ever buying another thing from Aaron's again!

Will never ever rent from here again. They will not let you change the due dates without coming in their office first of all , assuming so they can try to sell you more overpriced agreements ..... We had a bad experience with the manager. They Will HARASS you and any references you list if you are more than 1 day late and if you have paid 3 grand for a 1,500 washer and dryer over 2 years with one payment left, they will do the same.
