“I have always found the technicians here to be thoughtful, transparent, helpful, efficient, and friendly. More so than other dedicated tire/repair shops in town. I know there can be a stigma about using Walmart Auto Center, but the one at the Vienna Walmart is top notch. I always feel I can trust them to do good work. I do recommend making an appointment. The ONLY negative experience I had was a seized lug nut that they couldn't fix, so I had to take it to a shop with the right tools, but that's more of a company policy issue than a complaint about the specific location and specific technicians. The center has had the same technicians for a few years, which I take to mean Walmart keeps them happy. Lots of shops around here have high turnover, so it makes one worry that you're getting good work.”
