Rude old lady answered the phone and said I was disrupting her business if I am not returning a call from them. Won’t be calling them for a quote anymore.

I have the same experience with them . You ask for a price on something and they never get back to you. Why don’t they just close down or sell out to someone that will actually run it.

We had the owner (after several calls) come to our house to give us an estimate for a fireplace insert. He came and measured but never gave us an estimate. Very poor customer service.
