CUSTOMER SERVICE SUX both in store and app. Tried to make a payment for 20min and it wouldn't allow me. They will try to charge me a late fee but it's not happening.

I love Preston and Mobean they are amazing tecs and very friendly! 10/10. They have solved every problem I've had with my phone and service. They also don't freak out when my 2 year old is being a tornado. I definitely would recommend this cricket to friends

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with both in store and via online chat and customer service line. I was deliberately lied to when purchasing my phone as well as lied to when trying to unlock my cell phone. I would never do business with this company ever again. Wouldn't recommend to anyone ever again. Terrible company.

Pretty good service. But after my bank card got hacked, and waiting for a new one, I went inside to pay my bill with cash. There is a $4 fee for going there to pay. They do not accept checks. The price was $55 a month for 2 phone lines as long as they get their money from a debit. card. I told them they ought to pay me for bringing our payment in to them.
