“Bought a kayak from them the other evening. The next morning I took it under Williamstown bridge in wv. Water accumulated in the hull. Initially, when I took it back to the store, I was told once it hit the water there were no refunds. I pushed that it wasn't fit for the water when sold. Manager listened and did what was appropriate. I don't care about store policy but David, the manager, definitely earned my respect in the aspects of doing his job to the best of his ability. I appreciate David. That's why Dunhams still has a dedicated customer. 10 out of 10, even though the hump in the road, I'll continue to shop there. Great people. 👍”

Paul gave me an excellent price in comparison to others, and it was a fair deal. Thanks for taking care of me when I needed some extra cash.
