“Only giving a 5 star review for the woman who helped me today on the phone her name was dunndra sorry if I misspelled it. Aaron’s to win and another triple a member not only hung up on me but told me they would not tow my vehicle bc of where I had to move it for my safety to get out of the road. The closest last was the in and out tire shop but the towing people are refusing saying I could have a balance and they need to check with the place I moved my truck again for my safety before they would tow it. Just kinda blows my mind how emergency towing is able to be negotiated what time for what I believe to be absolutely ridiculous. But thx again to the lady who is trying to straighten this out just might save my account with them.”
