I will never go there again. I have been treated horribly. I scheduled an appointment to get my hair done and the staff at the salon canceled my appointment 4 times and the excuse the staffed used was they didnt have the relaxer to do my hair and they made no attempt to contact me afterwards i truly believe they just didnt want to do my hair

Lorna did an amazing job on my hair! She listened to everything I wanted and did exactly that!

Stephanie did my daughter’s hair for homecoming and did exactly what she asked her to do. We were very happy with the results and also with how quickly she got it done.

The dressing rooms are so filthy I couldn't take my shoes off to try on pants. It is also like an oven in here. Not a pleasant shopping experience.

I have never been so frustrated in my life. Finally, I found a pair of womens slacks I liked but the store did not have my size. A clerk placed an order for me online to pick up at store. (Vienna WV). I was happy at that point. Later, I see an email of my order. She ordered the wrong length, ankle instead of straight below ankle, and 2 pair of navy m instead if navy and black. I tried to get order stopped on Mar. 30 so order wouldn't be delivered as date was listed between April 6 through 11. First call I made, wait time 7 minutes (not a huge ordeal) but then the voice was of India. He couldn't do anything, so he was calling the store for me. I asked if I could just speak with the. Needless, to say, I was cut off. I looked up the number specifically to Vienna and got return desk. Well, who knew if the order was already sent out, I had to talk to a .com desk! No, I am not kidding. So, I waited until the phone rang again. Oh no, it was the same return desk that sent me to the.com desk! Same lady, also. She said I had to hang up and call the same number back with extension 272. So, I did. I heard commotion on the other end. I'm not positive, but I think the.com desk was a lady working remote and her young daughter answered the phone and was told to put me on hold! Enough is enough! I once again called the original number to the Vienna return desk just to be told they couldn't cancel anything that was already sent out. Just keep in mind, that store placed the order for me!!! I am to the point of never ordering anything ever again. If I don't have the item in my hands to pay for, I will go without! Thank you for nothing JCPenney! You have lost my trust !!!

My 84 year old mother was taken to this Salon by her hospice caregiver for a perm less than a week ago and the stylist named Sherry did the perm but her curls came out. When mom’s caregiver brought her in today Sherry became very rude & hostile towards them and claimed that the curls came out because moms hair is too long. I was on the phone hearing everything said and was told by Sherry that if we didn’t like it that I needed to come there and do it myself. In the end my mom got the money refunded by the store manager all while Sherry was in the background yelling that we just came there to cause problems and wanted a free perm. My mother has been going to that salon for years but will never go back there again. I really hope Sherry feels good about upsetting an 84 year old woman with Alzheimer’s. I would seriously give this salon 0 stars if that was an option!Service: Hairstyling

Sherry CANNOT do hair!!! She is very unprofessional in her manner of treating customers! She yelled at an elderly woman who was dissatisfied with her perm (yet her hair was straight), so I could understand why she was trying to have it corrected. Sherry did nothing but yell and scream at herf and riend! According to the lady, she had only had the perm 3 days! This salon will NEVER get my business again!Service: Hairstyling

My son bought his mom a gift card for her birthday to get whatever she wanted done. The gift card was 185.00, so my wife call JC Penny salon and told the lady she had a gift card and wanted to get in to get her hair done. She told her that it would be toward the end of the week to get in. My wife said she would think about it and see. I called 5 minutes later and she scheduled me for 11:30 the next day. We arrived at the appointment and was told she was scheduled for 12 noon and the lady she was scheduled for was not even there yet. I asked for a refund and was told that I could not get a refund. I will get my sons money back. Definitely recommend not to buy gift card or do business with them.
